On January 30, 2026, at 12:30 PM, a public hearing will be held at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a parking lot submitted by "Natalie Pharm" LLC. A two-stage open competition is announced for the selection of an investor for the construction and operation of a mixed household waste recycling plant in the city of Yerevan. The competition is organized by Yerevan City Hall. Tender packages must be submitted within 60 working days from the date of publication. The objectives of the competition are recycling in accordance with environmental standards, improving public health, ensuring a clean environment, obtaining energy and material benefits, mitigating climate problems, and creating jobs.

The session will be held in accordance with Part 1 of Article 28 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan". The draft agenda includes 31 items.

The topic of discussion is renaming Hrazdan Gorge Street, which passes through the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, after the legendary football player Nikita Simonyan. On January 12, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing on the proposed construction of multi-apartment residential buildings at 37/37 Acharyan Street, submitted by citizen Gohar Baghdasaryan, will take place at the residence of the head of the Avan administrative district of Yerevan. A public discussion will be held regarding the tender for the installation of public transport waiting rooms. Participation requires prior registration by phone and presentation of an identity document. The discussion will take place at Yerevan City Hall on November 20, at 15:00.

Public discussions will be held on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. Participation is open to all interested natural and legal persons. Proposals and comments can be submitted until December 2, 2025, both online and in writing. Public hearings will take place on November 27, 2025, at 15:00, in the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall. To participate, it is necessary to submit an application by November 26.

Public discussions will be held on the draft decisions of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. The discussions will take place from November 17 to December 2, 2025. Interested parties can submit their proposals and comments by December 2. On November 27, at 15:00, public open hearings will be held in the briefing hall on the 5th floor of the Yerevan City Hall administrative building at Argishti Street, No. 1. To participate in the hearings, it is necessary to submit an application by November 26.
