Pursuant to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of December 28, 2014, on May 6, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building at Komitas 53/10, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "G.T.B. Tower" LLC. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am) and on the official websites of the initiator. “RA Citizen’s Day” holiday

On April 26, the “RA Citizen’s Day” holiday will be celebrated. A series of lectures with the participation of young people is planned to be organized in 79 urban and rural settlements of all regions of the Republic of Armenia, including Aparan and 12 administrative districts of Yerevan. A symbolic tree planting will also be organized, which will be followed by a cultural event lasting up to 30 minutes.

An announcement has been published for inclusion in the Council for Provision of Social Assistance adjunct to the Mayor of Yerevan. On April 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the 3rd session of the 4th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session will be held at Yerevan City Hall. The detailed agenda is not presented.

The report presents statistical data on documents entered in the "One Window" offices of Yerevan City Hall and administrative districts in 2024. It details the number of documents by source (citizens, state bodies, internal documents) and method of entry (in person, online, mail, electronic services). The number of decisions and orders adopted by the Mayor, the number and nature of received phone calls, as well as the number of applications entered in the "Active Citizen" platform are also mentioned.

In accordance with the Law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" HO-150-N and the appendix to the Government's Decision No. 2343-N of December 28, 2023, on April 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city (address: 32 Sebastia Street), the second public hearing regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multifunctional public complex at the land plot No. 21 Admiral Isakov Avenue, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "Vega World" LLC, will take place. In accordance with the Law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and decision N 2343-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, on April 28, 2025, at 14:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at addresses 1 and 1/2 Martirosyan Street in the Ajapnyak administrative district, submitted by "Agroservice EIA" CJSC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan city. On May 7, 2025, at 12:00, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity presented by "Premium Plaza" CJSC for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex at Tumanyan Street No. 8, Republic Street No. 83 building 1 garage, 83/2 residential building, 85 building 9 garage, Sayat-Nova Avenue No. 20/5 in Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city. Proposals, observations and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

The Yerevan City Hall invites interested persons to be included on a voluntary basis in the Council for the Management of the Five-Year Development Program and Annual Budget of the Yerevan Urban Community, operating under the Mayor of Yerevan. On April 10, 2025, at 12:00, public awareness and discussion will take place at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a new medical center building submitted by "Natali Pharm" LLC. Detailed information and documents are available on the MoE website, as well as at the "Environmental Impact Expertise Center" PNCO.

On April 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held, dedicated to the activity proposed by Samvel Sahakyan in the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan. "Royal Hills" LLC plans to build a multifunctional residential complex in Yerevan Kentron, at Antarain 130/11/, 134. A public discussion will be held regarding this. Proposals and opinions can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days.
