ՀՈՂԱՄԱՍԻ ՎԱՐՁԱԿԱԼՈԻԹՅԱՆ ՊԱՅՄԱՆԱԳՐԻ ԳՈՐԾՈՂՈԻԹՅԱՆ ԺԱՄԿԵՏԸ ԵՐԿԱՐԱՁԳԵԼՈԻ, ՊԱՅՄԱՆԱԳՐՈԻՄ ՓՈՓՈԽՈԻԹՅՈԻՆՆԵՐ ՈԻ ԼՐԱՑՈՒՄՆԵՐ ԿԱՏԱՐԵԼՈԻ ՄԱՍԻՆ

Երևան քաղաքապետի որոշումը վերաբերում է Արսեն Պետրոսյանի հետ կնքված հողամասի վարձակալության պայմանագրի գործողության ժամկետը երկարաձգելուն և պայմանագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելուն։ Որոշման համաձայն՝ երկարաձգվում է Գրիբոյեդովի փողոցի հ.5ա շենքի թիվ 7 ավտոտնակի զբաղեցրած 21.1 քմ հողամասի վարձակալության պայմանագրի գործողության ժամկետը մինչև 2031 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ը։ Կատարվում են նաև պայմանագրի մի քանի կետերում փոփոխություններ, մասնավորապես՝ վարձակալի իրավունքների և պարտականությունների, ինչպես նաև վարձավճարի վերաբերյալ։ Կազմակերպումը և վերահսկողությունը վստահված են համապատասխան վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին և քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալին։

Որոշումը վերաբերում է Երևան քաղաքի վարչական սահմաններում գտնվող անշարժ գույքերին հասցեներ տրամադրելուն։ Այն հանձնարարում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի անշարժ գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետին՝ որոշման օրինակները առաքել վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին, ոստիկանության բաժինների պետերին և դիմողներին։ Որոշման կատարման կազմակերպումն ու պատասխանատվությունը դրվում է անշարժ գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետի վրա, իսկ հսկողությունն ապահովում է քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղարը։

Մարատ Հովսեփյանի դիմումի հիման վրա, Կոմիտասի պողոտա 49/12 շենք 31 հասցեում գտնվող տարածքի գործառական նշանակությունը փոխվում է բնակելի։ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին հանձնարարվել է տարածքը հաշվառել որպես բնակարան և ընդգրկել բնակելի ֆոնդում։ Փոփոխությունը ենթակա է պետական գրանցման։
