Invitation to public discussion

A public discussion will be held on April 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the seat of the Head of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan city (N. Zaryan St. 27), regarding the environmental impact assessment report of M. Galshoyan No. 148 High School, which is being reconstructed within the framework of the Seismic Safety Improvement Program. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia (www.env.am) and at Buzand 1/3, Yerevan.

On May 6, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing a multi-apartment multifunctional building at 11/15 Argishti Street, Kentron administrative district, submitted by "AM CONSTRUCTION" LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification. The public hearing will be held at the seat of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city.

On May 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district regarding the planned activity by "Total Shin" LLC to construct a multi-apartment residential complex at the address Leningradyan Street 19/12, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. On May 7, 2024, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place on the project submitted by the "FRIENDS OF THE BOTANICAL GARDEN" charitable NGO. The first public hearing regarding the planned activity of constructing a multi-apartment residential complex and reconstructing the existing administrative building at Sevan street 21/4, 21/12 and 21/13, submitted by "SHANT" LLC, will take place at the residence of the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan city. On April 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing regarding the planned activity for the construction of a multifunctional residential building at 24 M. Melkonyan Street, submitted by "Arcada Business Center" LLC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. The interested public can submit proposals, comments, and opinions orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

"Noy Residence" LLC invites to a public discussion regarding the application for preliminary assessment of the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex planned at 27/9 and 23/23 Leningradyan Street, Yerevan. The discussion will take place on April 2, 2024, at 11:30 AM, at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. On March 7, 2024, at 14:00, a discussion regarding the preliminary assessment application for the construction of a metro station in the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by «Metrogiprotrans» CJSC, will be held at the office of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan (second discussion).
