Invitation for public discussion on the environmental impact assessment report of the construction works of "Araratyan OKJ" SHPP

According to the "Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the appendix to the RA Government Decree N 1325-Ն of November 19, 2014 (edited 28.12.23 N 2343-Ն), on August 22, 2025, at 10:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the construction works of "Araratyan OKJ" SHPP, submitted for expertise by "Veolia Jur" CJSC. Documents can be reviewed on the official websites of the Ministry of Environment and the initiator (if available). On August 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing on the planned construction of a multifunctional residential complex at 19/11 Arin-Berd Street, presented by "NAZARYAN COOLING SYSTEMS" LLC, will take place at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification. On August 25, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing on the construction of a multifunctional residential complex will take place at the residence of the head of Ajapnyak administrative district. The interested public can submit proposals and comments orally or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On August 7, 2025, at 15:00, a public hearing will be held at the office of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the demolition of existing buildings at addresses 22 Saryan Street, building 2, and 22 Saryan Street in the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by "WORLD TRADE CENTER YEREVAN" CJSC.
