Invitation to public discussion

By this, Yerevan City Hall invites all interested natural and legal persons to participate in the public discussions on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, which will be held from February 13 to February 27 inclusive. Interested persons can submit their proposals and comments on the draft published on the official website of Yerevan until February 27 inclusive, which can be sent through the options provided on the official website of Yerevan City Hall (www.yerevan.am), to the appropriate e-mail address (zargacum@yerevan.am), the unified publication of draft legal acts (www.e-draft.am), and can also be submitted in writing to Yerevan City Hall. During the public discussions, on February 28, at 11:00, public open hearings will take place in the briefing hall on the 5th floor of the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall located at Argishti Street 1. Yerevan City Hall invites to public discussions on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. Interested persons can submit their proposals and comments by February 27, by e-mail or in writing. Public hearings will take place on February 28, at 11:00, in the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall.

On February 13, 2024, at 10:00, the 1st session of the 2nd convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened, in accordance with Article 28, Part 1 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan". The draft agenda of the session includes 10 points.

"Green Organic" LLC will hold public discussions dedicated to the Environmental Impact Assessment report for the production of organic fertilizers and biogas. It is announced that an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan with a specific agenda will be convened on February 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM.

On February 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at the office of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan regarding the report on the environmental impact assessment for the reconstruction and improvement of the courtyard adjacent to the central building of the «Yerevan State University» foundation. Proposals and comments can be submitted to the «Environmental Expertise Center» SNCO. The documents can be reviewed at the aforementioned organization.

Public discussions will be held in accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decree No. 1325-N. The discussions refer to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the working design of the construction of a residential complex planned in the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. Participation will be in the second stage. Documents can be reviewed at the Ministry of Environment or by calling the mentioned phone number.

On February 22, 2024, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of "Metta Group" LLC to construct a residential complex in the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374) 93752515. Proposals, comments, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

The citizens' service office of the Yerevan City Hall, located at Buzand 1/3, will be temporarily closed due to the prevalence of acute respiratory infections among employees. Until the office reopens, citizens will be served by the office located at Argishti 1 (main building).

On February 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing on the "Proposed activity for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building at the address: Norq Marash administrative district, G. Hovsepyan street, plot 38/9 by Nika 2006 LLC" will take place. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374)99991155. Proposals, remarks, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

In 2023, 259793 documents were entered into the electronic document management system in the "One Window" offices of Yerevan City Hall and administrative districts. 120698 documents were entered in the offices of the administrative buildings located at Argishti 1 and P. Buzand 1/3 of the City Hall, of which 53438 were from citizens and 67260 from state bodies and organizations. In addition, 88976 internal documents were circulated in Yerevan City Hall, 4403 decisions and 1823 orders were adopted. 229184 phone calls were received on the "Hotline" phone number 1-05, of which 219759 related to consultation or information. 139095 documents were entered in the offices of the staffs of the heads of the 12 administrative districts of Yerevan, of which 99077 were letters and 40018 were applications.

A public discussion regarding the planned activity of "Landlord" LLC to construct a new building for Vardanants Medical Center at 23 Leningradyan Street will be held at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city. The discussion will be held on February 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The interested public can submit proposals, observations, and opinions orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

On February 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district regarding the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex by "V.S." LLC on the land plot at 23/19 Leningrad Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Details can be clarified by calling (+374)93397760. On December 26, 2023, at 10:00, the 3rd session of the 1st convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened in accordance with Article 28, Part 1 of the Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan. The session agenda includes 29 issues.

On January 5, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion (3rd phase) on the environmental impact assessment of the project for the development of power lines and cables by IN-VI LLC at 3rd lane, Shirak street, 5/1 will take place. On January 5, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at 26 Garegin Nzhdeh Street (Shengavit administrative district building) regarding the design documents for the construction of warehouse buildings, a workshop, and an office building at 81/6 Tamantsineri Street. On January 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at 44 Teryan Street regarding the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of the Albert Azaryan sports school planned at Tsitsernakaberd highway 2/2. The discussion will be held in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and the procedure established by Government Decision No. 1325-N of the Republic of Armenia. On December 29, 2023, at 11:00, a public discussion will be held regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the multi-apartment residential complex planned at 25 D. Malyan Street, Avan administrative district. The discussion will take place at 222 Khudyakov Street (building of the Avan administrative district). Documents can be reviewed on the website of the Ministry of Environment or at 1/3 Buzand Street.
