Project” LLC to construct a concrete plant and install a crushing station at 3/3 Tbilisi Highway, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, will take place at the residence of the head of Arabkir administrative district. On June 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM, the 5th session of the 2nd convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session is convened in accordance with Part 1 of Article 28 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan". The draft agenda includes 32 items.

On June 28, 2024, at 15:00, a public discussion will be held at the office of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex by "Metta Group" LLC at H. Arghutyan Street 10 and 10/9, Yerevan. Proposals and comments can be submitted in writing to the Ministry of Environment's "Expert Center for Environmental Impact Assessment" SNCO. The documents can be reviewed on the ministry's website or at Buzandi 1/3.

The Yerevan Municipality, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank, is seeking expressions of interest for the construction supervision of the Isakov-Arshakunyats Road Link and the rehabilitation of Komitas Park. This project aims to improve connectivity between administrative districts and reduce traffic congestion. The selection process will be based on Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS), with a weighting of 80% for quality and 20% for cost. Expressions of interest must be submitted electronically by July 11, 2024.

Armenakyan Street, Yerevan, at the residence of the head of Nork-Marash administrative district, regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the planned residential building.
