A two-stage open competition is announced for the selection of an investor for the construction and operation of a mixed household waste recycling plant in the city of Yerevan. The competition is organized by Yerevan City Hall. Tender packages must be submitted within 60 working days from the date of publication. The objectives of the competition are recycling in accordance with environmental standards, improving public health, ensuring a clean environment, obtaining energy and material benefits, mitigating climate problems, and creating jobs.

According to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Annex to Decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of November 19, 2014 (ed. 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on January 8, 2026, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of Avan administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the planned residential building construction works at M. Babajanyan St. H.117/4, submitted for expertise by "Jibrayn" LLC. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am), the official websites of Yerevan City Hall and the initiator (if available). In accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and the appendix to Decision No. 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated November 19, 2014 (am. 2343-N dated 28.12.23), on January 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report for the landscaping and greening works planned in the area adjacent to 40 Baghramyan Street, Yerevan, submitted by the American University of Armenia Fund (2nd hearing), will be held at the office of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan. On December 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the 4th session of the 5th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session will be held in accordance with Part 1 of Article 28 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan". The draft agenda includes 31 items.

The "Mother Armenia" faction invites to a public discussion on December 25, at 14:00, in the briefing hall of the Yerevan City Hall administrative building. The topic of discussion is renaming Hrazdan Gorge Street, which passes through the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, after the legendary football player Nikita Simonyan. The street starts from Athens Street, near Hrazdan Stadium, and reaches Halabyan Street.

On December 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the 4th session of the 5th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session is convened in accordance with Article 28, Part 1 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan".

According to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the appendix to Government Decision N2343-Ն of December 28, 2023, on December 26, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of Davtashen administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the football school construction works in Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "STUDIO 23" LLC. On December 19, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing will be held in the Avan administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the residential building construction works submitted by "Jibrayn" LLC. The documents can be found on www.env.am, as well as on the official websites of Yerevan City Hall and the initiator. On January 14, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing Yerevan V. Hambardzumyan No. 12 elementary school at G. Nzhdeh Street No. 11, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "Global Project" LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On January 12, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing on the proposed construction of multi-apartment residential buildings at 37/37 Acharyan Street, submitted by citizen Gohar Baghdasaryan, will take place at the residence of the head of the Avan administrative district of Yerevan. The interested public can submit proposals orally during the hearings or in writing within 20 working days after the notification. The authorized person for the hearings is Ellada Aramyan.

On January 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity for the construction of Yerevan’s A. Yerznkyan No. 118 senior high school, presented by "Global Project" LLC, at the address Arzumanyan Street 8, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan. The interested public can submit proposals orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

A public discussion will be held regarding the tender for the installation of public transport waiting rooms. Participation requires prior registration by phone and presentation of an identity document. The discussion will take place at Yerevan City Hall on November 20, at 15:00.

Public discussions will be held on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. Participants can submit their proposals and comments until December 2, 2025, both online and in writing, to Yerevan City Hall. Public hearings will take place on November 27, 2025, at 15:00, in the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall. To participate in the hearings, it is necessary to submit an application by November 26, 2025.

Proposals and comments can be submitted until December 2, 2025, both online and in writing. Zaryan St. 27) regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the construction of a multi-apartment residential building and parking complex planned at Malkhasyants Street 6/3 and 8, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "Malkhasyants 12" LLC (address: Yerevan, Malkhasyants St. 6/1). Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am) and on the official website of the initiator (if available). Public discussions will be held on the draft decisions of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. The discussions will take place from November 17 to December 2, 2025. Interested parties can submit their proposals and comments by December 2. On November 27, at 15:00, public open hearings will be held in the briefing hall on the 5th floor of the Yerevan City Hall administrative building at Argishti Street, No. 1. To participate in the hearings, it is necessary to submit an application by November 26.
