Pedestrians, transit, congestion, parking and cycling are facets of one force: the city prioritises the car. And that same force is the engine of air pollution.

Apart, these read as separate complaints. Together, they are the single largest pressure on the city — mentioned more often than air itself, and the source of ~90% of its air pollution.
