On granting permission to install an automatic self-service device outside buildings and structures

This decision permits SIMTEQ SYSTEMS LLC to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of the address No. 29, Tigran Mets Avenue, Kentron administrative district. The permission is granted for August 2026, and it is considered extended for the current year’s subsequent months upon payment of the local fee. Control over the execution of the decision is assigned to the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Surev Gregorian.

On rejecting the application

This decision rejects Hovhannes Yesayan's application for compensation of 500,000 AMD for damages. The application was rejected because no expert opinions on the damage assessment and trace examination were submitted, and the applicant failed to substantiate the causal link between the incident and the damage.

The decision permits "Armen Grigoryan Hrachiki" IE to install one automatic self-service device at Isakov Avenue No. 6, Yerevan, for August 2026. The permit is extended if the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid. The head of the Trade, Services, and Advertising Department of Yerevan City Hall is instructed to supervise the implementation of the decision's requirements.

This decision grants "Arshakyan Alex Artak" sole proprietorship permission to install one automatic self-service device on Kirk Kirkoryan Street, Yerevan, for August 2026. It acknowledges that the local fee for August has been paid and that the permit will be extended if subsequent months' fees are paid. Control over the implementation of this decision and Yerevan City Council of Elders decision N 249-N will be exercised by the head of the Department of Trade, Services and Advertising, and oversight will be provided by Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan.

The permit is granted for July 2026, provided that if the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permit is considered extended. The head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff is instructed to supervise the activities of "Ashot Melkonyan Andraniki" IE.
