Invitation to public discussion on the environmental impact assessment report for the landscaping and greening works planned in the area adjacent to 40 Baghramyan Street, Yerevan, submitted by the American University of Armenia Fund (2nd hearing)

In accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and the appendix to Decision No. 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated November 19, 2014 (am. 2343-N dated 28.12.23), on January 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report for the landscaping and greening works planned in the area adjacent to 40 Baghramyan Street, Yerevan, submitted by the American University of Armenia Fund (2nd hearing), will be held at the office of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan. The documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am), and the official websites of Yerevan Municipality and the initiator (if available). According to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Annex to Decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of November 19, 2014 (ed. 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on January 8, 2026, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of Avan administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the planned residential building construction works at M. Babajanyan St. H.117/4, submitted for expertise by "Jibrayn" LLC. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am), the official websites of Yerevan City Hall and the initiator (if available). We inform that the 2nd public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report of residential building construction works submitted by "Jibrayn" LLC, which was scheduled for December 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of Avan administrative district, has been cancelled. Notification of public hearings will be carried out in accordance with the procedure established by law.

According to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the appendix to Government Decision N2343-Ն of December 28, 2023, on December 26, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of Davtashen administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the football school construction works in Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "STUDIO 23" LLC. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am) and on the official website of the initiator (if available). On December 19, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing will be held in the Avan administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the residential building construction works submitted by "Jibrayn" LLC. The documents can be found on www.env.am, as well as on the official websites of Yerevan City Hall and the initiator. On January 12, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing on the proposed construction of multi-apartment residential buildings at 37/37 Acharyan Street, submitted by citizen Gohar Baghdasaryan, will take place at the residence of the head of the Avan administrative district of Yerevan. The interested public can submit proposals orally during the hearings or in writing within 20 working days after the notification. The authorized person for the hearings is Ellada Aramyan.

On January 14, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing Yerevan V. Hambardzumyan No. 12 elementary school at G. Nzhdeh Street No. 11, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "Global Project" LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On January 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity for the construction of Yerevan’s A. Yerznkyan No. 118 senior high school, presented by "Global Project" LLC, at the address Arzumanyan Street 8, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan. The interested public can submit proposals orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

Zaryan St. 27) regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the construction of a multi-apartment residential building and parking complex planned at Malkhasyants Street 6/3 and 8, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "Malkhasyants 12" LLC (address: Yerevan, Malkhasyants St. 6/1). On November 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the second public hearing regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a warehouse facility (hangar) at Arin-Berd 25, Yerevan, submitted by A Class Logistics LLC, will be held at the office of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan. The documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am), and the official websites of Yerevan City Hall and the initiator. According to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and Annex to Decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of November 19, 2014 (edited 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on November 19, 2025, at 15:00, a public hearing (2nd stage) on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at Fuchik Street 27/18, 27/19 and 29/4 in the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan will be held at the residence of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan. On December 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing regarding the planned construction activities of a multi-apartment residential complex at Leningradyan Street, building 23/8, presented by "NASH GROUP" LLC, will be held at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Interested public may submit proposals, observations, and opinions orally during the hearings or in writing within 20 working days after the notification. The authorized person for public hearings is Ellada Aramyan, who is the chief specialist-ecologist of the environmental protection department of the staff of Yerevan City Hall.

We inform that "NST Architecture Studio" LLC is developing the master plan and zoning project of the "Academic City" program, based on the conceptual project developed by gmp International GmbH Architects and Engineers. "Noval" LLC is implementing the strategic ecological assessment (SEA) of this project. The interested public can participate in the SEA and expert examination processes, as well as receive information by contacting Yerevan City Hall. Proposals, observations and opinions can be submitted in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after this notice.

On November 5, 2025, at 12:30, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Arabkir administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a production facility and workshop planned at 27/3 Tbilisi Highway, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by citizen Narek Margaryan. On November 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity for the construction of Yerevan Basic School No. 136, submitted by "Zangvats" LLC by order of the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia. Interested public can submit proposals orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification. The hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan city.

The first public hearing regarding the planned construction activities of Mikael Nalbandyan Basic School N 33 at Nar-Dos Street, house 38, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city, will take place. The hearing will be held on November 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district. The interested public can submit proposals and comments orally or in writing.

On November 6, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned construction of public buildings at Artashat Highway No. 49, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, presented by Hamlet Shahbekyan. The interested public can submit proposals, observations, and opinions orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

The first public hearing on the activity planned by "EDMET" LLC at Shiraki Street 47/6 will take place at the residence of the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan. The activity concerns the processing of non-ferrous metals, including alloying, and the recuperation of products. The interested public can submit proposals, observations, and opinions orally or in writing to Yerevan City Hall.

On November 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing regarding the planned activity at the address Moskovyan street h. 40, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by "H.
