To restore the rights of Victoria Albert Charchyan over a land plot and buildings adjacent to the residential house at 199 Kond district, Kentron, Yerevan

This decision restores Victoria Albert Charchyan's property rights over a land plot and buildings adjacent to her residential house at 199 Kond district, Kentron, Yerevan. The functional designation of the 118.1 sqm land plot is set to residential construction. The boundaries are determined by a plan approved by the Mayor. The decision also assigns responsibility for its execution and oversight.

Regarding the legalization of an unauthorized structure

The unauthorized building constructed on the land plot owned by the city of Yerevan, located at Yegh. Tadevosyan street, h.12/13, is recognized as legal and considered the property of the city of Yerevan. The functional purpose of the land plot is defined as public development. It is proposed to sell the building and the land plot through direct sale to the person who carried out the construction, Nina Janibeki Vardanyan. The head of the architecture and urban development department is authorized to conclude a sale and purchase agreement within 30 days after receiving documents confirming the payment of the amounts. Control over the implementation of this decision is assigned to the secretary.

The draft of this decision refers to providing a land plot of 360.0 sq.m. in the area adjacent to Abovyan Park in Yerevan to the "Hrant Matevosyan" Cultural-Charitable Foundation with the right of gratuitous ownership. The land plot is intended exclusively for the construction of Hrant Matevosyan's house-museum. The project aims to perpetuate Hrant Matevosyan's memory and present his cultural heritage to the public.

This decision restores the property rights of Ruben Samsoni Mkrtchyan, Karen Samsoni Mkrtchyan, Hrahat Samsoni Mkrtchyan, Anahit Samsoni Mkrtchyan and Gayane Babkeni Serobyan to the land plot of 184.15 sq.m. adjacent to the residential house located at Charents Street, No. 71/21, and the buildings and structures located thereon. The decision also instructs the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and provide a certificate.

This decision annuls point 89 of Appendix N 1 of Decision N 404-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan of March 15, 2004. The decision restores Arsen Hamoyi Melikamasyan's right to land use for the 259.33 sq m land plot located at Vardanants Street N 87/4 and recognizes his ownership rights to the land plot and the buildings and structures on it.
