On granting permission to install an automatic self-service device outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of the city of Yerevan

This decision permits "Easy Pay" LLC to install 2 automatic self-service devices in the administrative territory of the Yerevan community, in front of the addresses M. Avetisyan 4th Street No. 29 and Tbilisi Highway No. 92A. The permit is granted for July 2026, but in case of payment of the local fee, it is considered extended. The decision also establishes control over the activities of "Easy Pay" LLC in accordance with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

On granting permission to install an automatic self-service device outside buildings and structures

The Mayor of Yerevan has decided to grant permission to "Liana Khachatryan Mkrtchi" IE to install an automatic self-service device adjacent to the address Nubarashen 11th Street, No. 7/3, Yerevan community. The permission is granted for July 2026 for the purpose of carrying out trade or providing services. Control over the implementation of the decision is assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff and Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan.

By this decision, "Ashot Melkonyan Andraniki" IE is granted permission to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of the address H. Kochar Street No. 139, Yerevan. The permit is granted for July 2026, provided that if the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permit is considered extended. The head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff is instructed to supervise the activities of "Ashot Melkonyan Andraniki" IE.

The decision satisfies Lusine Yeghiazaryan's application regarding compensation for damages. It is decided to compensate Lusine Yeghiazaryan 682,000 AMD by the Head of the Financial Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff for the material damage caused by a tree branch falling on the car, as well as 190,000 AMD for the expert opinion. This decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.

This decision allows "Easy Pay" LLC to conduct trade or provide services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of the Yerevan community. The permit is issued for July 2026 for the installation of 3 devices at 3 addresses. The decision also establishes control over the fulfillment of the permit requirements.

The decision grants permission to "Tigran Poghosyan Stephani" IE to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of building No. 8, Kristapor Street, Yerevan. The permit is issued for July 2026. The decision also states that the permit is extended upon payment of the local fee.

This decision grants permission to the sole proprietorship "Knarik Sahakyan Levoni" to conduct trade or provide services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of the Yerevan community. The permit pertains to the installation of 1 automatic self-service device in front of the address 6/42 Paronyan Street. The decision also establishes oversight over the activities of the sole proprietorship "Knarik Sahakyan Levoni".

This order by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs approves the schedule and program for preparatory training courses for individuals wishing to adopt children. It instructs relevant departments to publish the information on the official website and distribute the order to regional administrations and the Yerevan Municipality. The "Well-being Information Systems Enterprise" Foundation is tasked with organizing the courses and providing a list of qualified participants upon completion.

The order approves the schedule (Annex N1) and program content (Annex N2) for the remote organization and conduct of the preparatory course for persons wishing to adopt. The order also instructs the Information and Public Relations Department to ensure the placement of information about the course on the official website of the Ministry within one day after the order comes into force. At the same time, the order instructs the Department for Ensuring Equal Opportunities to provide the order to the regional administrations, Yerevan City Hall and "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO within one day after this order comes into force, for the purpose of placing it on their official websites, as well as to provide the lists of persons wishing to adopt children subject to retraining to the "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO. Finally, the order instructs V. Karapetyan, acting director of the "National Institute of Labor and Social Research" SNCO, to organize the courses guided by Decision N 630-Ն of May 23, 2019, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and to submit a list of qualified participants who have completed the course within one day after the completion of the course, including the participant's first name, last name, and passport data. Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister coordinating the field.

The order approves the schedule and program content of the preparatory course for persons wishing to adopt. It also defines the procedure for disseminating information, organizing courses, and submitting lists of participants. The order also reserves supervision to the Deputy Minister.

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Point 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Ashot Arushanyan, a member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step party alliance in the City of Yerevan, as a member of the Council.

The Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan made a decision on December 28, 2021, on the dissolution of the "Maratuk" Cultural Center" community non-profit organization. Decision N 3324-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated October 23, 2018 "On convening an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of the Republic of Armenia" has been declared void.

This draft proposes to approve the agenda of the 2nd session of the 3rd convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. The draft decision hereby has the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan approve the agenda of the 2nd session of the 9th convocation. The agenda includes 22 items concerning the budget execution report, the gratuitous alienation of apartments and annexes that are community property, land exchange, approval of inventory results, as well as making additions, amendments to previous decisions and recognizing them as obsolete. The agenda also includes issues of installing memorial plaques and naming a school.

With this decision, the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan approves the agenda of the third meeting of its seventh session. The agenda includes 21 points concerning various issues, such as making changes to previous decisions, alienation of property, and installation of memorial plaques.

This decision approves the agenda of the second session of the fifth convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. The agenda includes 19 items related to the approval of the budget execution report, making amendments to previous decisions, allocating funds, transferring to the subordination of companies and delegating powers, as well as other issues.

Taking as a basis the proposal of the Mayor of Yerevan and guided by Article 52, Part 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan decides: To delegate the powers of the Mayor of Yerevan provided for by Article 68, Part 1, Points 1, 2 and 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" to the heads of the administrative districts of Yerevan.
