This decision restores Misak Hovhannesi Iritsyan's property rights to the 217.2 sq.m. land plot located at Jivanu Street 1st Lane, No. 1, and the buildings and structures on it. The decision also instructs the Shengavit territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue the corresponding certificate.

On restoring Ara Andraniki Tovmasyan's property rights to the residential building at Shiraki Street 45/65

This decision restores Ara Andraniki Tovmasyan's property rights to the residential building located at Shiraki Street 45/65 and the 267.07 sq.m. land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the Shengavit subdivision of the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and issue the relevant certificate.

The decision also instructs the Erebuni territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue a certificate.

This decision restores Liparit Papi Dovlatyan's right to land use for the land plot with an area of 267.75 sq.m. located at N. Shengavit 8th Street, No. 97/4, and recognizes his ownership right to the land plot and the buildings and structures located thereon.
