Notice on traffic management change on Abovyan Street and Sayat-Nova Avenue. From April 8, parking will be prohibited in certain sections of the mentioned streets to increase the passability of traffic flows.

On April 18, 2025, at 12:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) regarding the environmental impact assessment report and examination process for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex planned at addresses 27/18, 27/19, and 29/4 Fuchik Street, Ajapnyak administrative district, submitted by Hamlet Vachyanants, will be held at the residence of the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district. The Yerevan City Hall invites interested persons to be included on a voluntary basis in the Council for the Management of the Five-Year Development Program and Annual Budget of the Yerevan Urban Community, operating under the Mayor of Yerevan. The purpose of the Council is to ensure the participation and awareness of the residents of the community and public organizations in local self-government, as well as to provide social support to the residents of the community. Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, a change in traffic organization will be made on Ashtarak highway from April 2 of this year. In particular, U-turns will be prohibited on Ashtarak highway, in the road section adjacent to the Red Cross, and on Davitashen-Ashtarak highway, in the direction of Ashtarak.

To increase the passability of traffic flows in the capital, changes in traffic organization will be made on Vagharshyan Street from April 3, 2025. In the section from Aram Khachatryan Street to Komitas Avenue, car parking will be prohibited and appropriate signs will be installed.

On April 10, 2025, at 12:00, public awareness and discussion will take place at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, dedicated to the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a new medical center building submitted by "Natali Pharm" LLC. Detailed information and documents are available on the MoE website, as well as at the "Environmental Impact Expertise Center" PNCO.

To increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, from March 28, 2025, traffic management will be changed on Hin Yerevantsu Street. From Pushkin Street to Teryan Street, from the entrance of the underground parking lot to the exit section, stopping of vehicles will be prohibited. Appropriate road signs will be installed in this road section.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the traffic flow in the capital, a change in traffic organization will be made on Baghramyan Avenue from March 27 of this year. Specifically, stopping of vehicles will be prohibited from the intersection of Baghramyan Avenue - Demirchyan Street to the local widening. At the same time, appropriate road signs will be installed in the mentioned section of the road.

It is announced that in order to increase the traffic flow capacity in the capital, from March 27, 2025, changes will be made in the organization of traffic at the Saralanj Avenue - Armenakyan Street intersection. In particular, traffic on Armenakyan Street will be allowed in the "straight and right", "straight only" directions, and on Saralanj Avenue - in the "right only", "straight only" directions. The mentioned road sections will be marked and appropriate road signs will be installed.

To increase the traffic flow capacity in Gai Avenue, Yerevan, a change in traffic management will be implemented starting from March 27. Specifically, at the intersection of Gai Avenue - Hovhannisyan Street, U-turns will be prohibited for traffic coming from the direction of Gai Avenue - Safaryan Street intersection.

Yerevan City Hall informs that from March 23, traffic management changes will be made on Vazgen Sargsyan Street. In particular, car parking will be prohibited from the intersection of Vazgen Sargsyan - Khorenatsi streets to the intersection of Vazgen Sargsyan - Deghatan streets.

"Royal Hills" LLC plans to build a multifunctional residential complex in Yerevan Kentron, at Antarain 130/11/, 134. A public discussion will be held regarding this. Proposals and opinions can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days.

Changes will be made to the traffic organization at the intersection of Isahakyan and Tamanyan streets in Yerevan starting from March 22. Specifically, the "No Entry" and "No Right Turn" road signs and the covers temporarily blocking the "Operating Hours (11:00-24:00)" signs will be removed.

Due to tree replacement works carried out in the capital, on March 20, 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00, the road section leading from Tumanyan street to Abovyan and Nalbandyan streets will be closed. The information is intended for drivers to plan their traffic.
