Invitation to public discussion

Public discussions will be held on Sasun Gasparyan's preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex at 103/4, 103/6, 103/8 David-Bek Street, Nor Nork administrative district. The discussions will take place on October 12, 2020, at 11:00, in Yerevan, Nor Nork administrative district, 19 Gai Avenue (Nor Nork district administration). Invitation to public discussion

A public discussion will be held regarding the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of residential buildings by "Via Group" company at addresses No. 23/2 and 23/10 Leningradyan Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city. The event will take place on October 7, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, at No. 32 Sebastia Street, Yerevan city. The documents can be reviewed at Buzandi 1/3 address or on the official website of the Ministry of Environment.

“Avan Project” LLC submitted a preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex at 39/22, 39/23, 39/24, 39/25 Acharayan Street. A public discussion on this will take place on October 5, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Avan administrative district. Documents can also be reviewed on the website of the Ministry of Environment and at 1/3 Buzand Street.

On September 25, 2020, at 11:00 AM, public discussions will be held at 19 Gaya Avenue, Nor Nork administrative district, regarding the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction of a residential building planned by VEH Construction LLC at 12/2 Moldovakan Street. The documents can also be found on the website of the Ministry of Environment and at 1/3 Buzand Street.

On September 23, 2020, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at the address G. Nzhdeh Street, h. 26, Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan city (administrative district building) dedicated to the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment of the planned gas filling station at the address Shirak Street, h. 47/12, Shengavit administrative district. The documents can also be viewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.mnp.am) or at the address Buzandi 1/3, Yerevan city.

On September 22, 2020, at 10:30 AM, public discussions will be held at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, dedicated to the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of a multifunctional residential complex at 10 M. Melkonyan Street. The documents can be viewed on the EIA website or at 1 B. Buzandi Street, Yerevan.

We inform you that the construction of a multi-apartment residential building is planned at 140 Nairi Zaryan Street. The project has been developed in accordance with current urban planning norms. The building will consist of 2 basement, semi-basement and sixteen above-ground floors. Project details are available to the public.

On September 22, 2020, at 14:00, public discussions will be held at the office of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, at 44 Teryan Street, regarding the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the planned multifunctional complex. The discussions concern the construction planned at Arshakunyats Avenue, buildings 18/1, 18/2, 18/4, 18/13, and 18/14 in the Kentron administrative district. “Profavtoservis” LLC plans to construct a multi-apartment residential building at 8 Shiraz Street in the Ajapnyak administrative district. The building is planned to have 2 underground parking lots and up to 13 above-ground floors, with a total of 112 apartments. The first floor of the building is planned for public use areas.

On September 14, 2020, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at the residence of the administrative head of the Nor Nork administrative district regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the multi-apartment residential complex planned by Asatur Muradyan and Lyudmila Gritsenko at Tevosyan Street 1/5 and 1/7, Nor-Nork administrative district, Yerevan.

On September 8, 2020, at 11:00 AM, the 1st session of the 5th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened in accordance with Article 26 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. The draft agenda of the session is presented.

On September 9, 2020, at 12:00, a public discussion will be held in the 3rd lane of Arin Berd, Yerevan, regarding the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report on the modernization of the gas turbine compressor of the power unit, presented by "YEREVAN TPP" CJSC. On September 9, 2020, at 12:00 PM, public discussions will be held at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district regarding the development regulation project for the intermediate section of Leningradyan street and the "Noy" neighborhood, undertaken by "Yerevan Project" CJSC. The documents can be reviewed at Yerevan City Hall and "Yerevan Project" CJSC.

In accordance with the requirements of Decision N1920-N of December 29, 2011, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the mentioned project, which received a positive conclusion N1/A-1 as of 20.08.2020 from the interdepartmental commission coordinating the development of urban planning program documents established by the decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, is submitted for public awareness of the Yerevan community. In case of receiving written substantiated proposals from the population within 15 days, Yerevan City Hall includes them in the task, coordinates the changes with the authorized body within a 5-day period, after which it submits them for approval to the Council of Elders of Yerevan. A public discussion will be held regarding the project of Yerevan Basic School No. 68, planned within the framework of the seismic safety improvement program, and its environmental impact. On September 8, 2020, at 11:00, a public discussion will take place at the residence of the head of Avan administrative district, dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction working project of the residential district planned at 61/1 and 61/6 Tsarav Aghbyur Street, Avan administrative district, Yerevan. The discussion will be held in accordance with the procedure established by the RA law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and RA Government Decision N 1325-N.
