Invitation to public discussion on the Environmental Impact Assessment report for the construction of the Isakov-Arshakunyats road section of the Yerevan Sustainable Urban Development Program submitted by EGIS INTERNATIONAL company

In accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise", public discussions will be held on the Environmental Impact Assessment report for the construction of the Isakov-Arshakunyats road section of the Yerevan Sustainable Urban Development Program submitted by EGIS INTERNATIONAL company. The public discussion will be held on October 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM, in the administrative building of the Shengavit administrative district.

Invitation to public discussion

The Government of the Republic of Armenia and Yerevan City Hall are implementing a program to improve the traffic and transport system of Yerevan city, within the framework of which the construction of charging and washing stations at the existing Water-Vej bus depot in Yerevan city and the reconstruction of the parking lot will be carried out. EGIS INTERNATIONAL company will present the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report of the reconstruction works of the Water-Vej bus depot within the framework of the Yerevan Sustainable Urban Development Investment Program. The public discussion will take place on October 24, 2022, at 11:00 AM, in the building of the Nor Nork administrative district prefecture, 5th floor, room 506. According to point 26 of the regulations of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, on October 18, 2022, at 11:00, the 2nd session of the 9th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened.

On October 21, 2022, at 11:00, a public discussion (2nd stage) will be held regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the reconstruction of warehouse and office buildings planned at 29/27 Tbilisiyan Street, Arabkir administrative district, submitted by citizen N. Bakhchajyan. To participate, it is necessary to review the documents on the website www.env.am or at Buzand 1/3, Yerevan.

On October 24, 2022, at 11:00, a public discussion will be held on the environmental impact assessment report presented by the Armenian branch of "Egis International" company regarding the construction of charging and washing stations and the reconstruction of the parking lot of the existing bus depot in Jrvezh community of Yerevan city. The discussion will take place at 19 Guy Avenue (Nor Nork administrative district building). On October 20, 2022, at 12:00, a public discussion (4th stage) will be held on the environmental impact assessment report for the reconstruction of the combined steam-gas cycle power plant operating at 14/1 Artsakh Street, 4th Lane, Yerevan, presented by "Armpower" CJSC. Documents can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Environment, as well as at 1/3 Buzand Street, Yerevan.

On October 14, 2022, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held regarding the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of a multifunctional shopping center planned at the addresses Myasnikyan Avenue 22, 22/2, 22/4, 38/7, submitted by "Louisas" LLC. The discussion will take place at Gayi Avenue 19.

The document presents a list of specialists divided into three main groups: specialists who assess the functions and structure of the body (over 18 years of age and under 18 years of age), and specialists who assess a person's activity and participation. The list includes various medical and pedagogical specialties.

On October 11, 2022, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application submitted by "Hayk-88" LLC. The discussion concerns the reconstruction of the park at Komitas Avenue 49/10 and 49/9, as well as the construction of public, development, and multifunctional centers. On October 4, 2022, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held regarding the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex planned at addresses 1/5 and 1/7 Tevosyan Street in the Nor Nork administrative district. On October 3, 2022, at 14:00, a public discussion (2nd phase) will be held regarding the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction of the secondary school No. 68 named after M. Mkhoyan in Yerevan, submitted by "Armstroy" LLC. To participate, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the documents at the Erebuni administrative district building, 87 Davit of Sassoun Street, or on the official website of the Ministry of Environment.

On September 28, 2022, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of a warehouse building planned at 127/61 Arshakunyats Avenue, submitted by "Lex Tobacco Company" LLC.
