A public hearing on the environmental impact assessment report of the expansion works of the "Zvartnots" airport parking complex submitted by "Armenia" International Airports" CJSC will be held on September 17, at 16:00, at the residence of the head of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. From September 2, traffic management will be changed on Zoryan Street: parking will be prohibited on the left side of the carriageway. This change is made to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital.

On September 26, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing will be held on the planned activity of construction of a multi-apartment residential building at Arshakunyats Avenue No. 28/26, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "YARD" LLC. To increase the passability of transport flows in Yerevan, traffic management will be changed starting from August 29. Traffic lights will be moved at the Argishti Street – Mashtots Avenue intersection, and the right turn from Argishti Street to Mashtots Avenue will be organized without traffic lights. The lane designated for public transport on Beirut and Argishti streets will be in the first traffic lane, and public transport traffic at the Beirut – Surp Grigor Lusavorich streets intersection will be organized with a separate traffic light.

On August 28-29, from 10:00 to 15:00, warning sirens will be activated in some administrative districts of Yerevan. Citizens are asked for forgiveness. The information includes specific addresses and organizations where the activation will take place.

In accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and the Annex to the Decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated November 19, 2014 (am. 28.12.23 N 2343-N), on September 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the seat of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, a public hearing (2nd phase) will be held regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the project for the reinforcement, restoration, modification, and construction of an annex to the monument building located at addresses Aram Street 54, 54/1, 54/3, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "Med House" CJSC. Public notice: Due to repair works on the bridge section at the intersection of Myasnikyan Avenue and Saralanj Avenue, the second lane of the road leading from Myasnikyan Avenue to Azatutyan Avenue has been closed. The closure will be in effect until August 23, 2025, at 10:00.

The first public hearing on this matter will take place on September 19, at 11:00 AM, at the residence of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, traffic management will be changed from August 22 of this year. In particular, at the intersection of Paronyan Street - Mashtots Avenue, traffic from Paronyan Street will be organized in 4 lanes. The 4th traffic lane will be separated for vehicles making a left turn towards Mashtots Avenue. The left turn will be regulated by a separate traffic light. The operating mode of the traffic light will also be changed at the mentioned intersection. At the same time, stopping will be prohibited at the beginning of Paronyan Street and from the intersection of Paronyan - Israelyan streets to the intersection of Paronyan Street - Mashtots Avenue.

On August 29, 2025, at 15:00, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the project submitted by "World Trade Center Yerevan" CJSC. The hearing concerns the demolition of existing buildings at addresses 22 M. Saryan Street building, 2 structure, and 22 Saryan Street. On September 4, 2025, within the framework of the "Rescuer's Day" festive event, a special tactical demonstration exercise on the topic "Firefighting and rescue operations in case of enemy air attack" will be held at the "A. Spendiaryan National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater" SNCO and "Azatutyan" Square. During the exercise, evacuation of citizens, sheltering, transportation of conditionally injured, demonstration of firefighting and emergency rescue operations will be carried out. The rehearsal will take place on August 27.
