On July 18, the opening ceremony of the statue of Charles Aznavour will take place in Charles Aznavour Square. During the ceremony, from 10:00 to 12:00, the section from the intersection of Abovyan-Tumanyan streets to the intersection of Abovyan-Pushkin streets will be closed.

From July 17, traffic will be regulated by traffic lights at the intersections of Abovyan - Pushkin, Khudyakov - Safaryan streets, Gyurjyan street and the 1st lane leading to Nork street, in order to increase the passability of traffic flows.

In accordance with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, a questionnaire has been developed for the study of public opinion on physical culture and sports. The questionnaire will make it possible to study the population's attitude towards physical culture. It is published on the official websites of Yerevan City Hall and administrative districts, and on social networks, in order to inform the population and ensure their participation in the process of completing the questionnaire.

From July 16, traffic management will be changed on St. Grigor Lusavorich Street, from the intersection of St. Grigor Lusavorich – Beirut Streets to the intersection of St. Grigor Lusavorich Street – Mashtots Avenue. Car parking will be prohibited.

On August 11, 2025, at 11:30, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing a warehouse/hangar at 25 Arin-Berd Street, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "A CLASS LOGISTICS" LLC. On July 13th, from 17:00 to 23:00, the section from Vardanants Street to Republic Street will be temporarily closed to ensure the unimpeded organization of the opening ceremony of the "Golden Apricot" Yerevan International Film Festival.

From July 14, at the intersection of Abovyan and Buzand streets, the pedestrian crossing across Buzand street will be regulated by a traffic light operating in "Pedestrian Call" mode, in order to increase the passability of traffic flows and ensure pedestrian safety.

On August 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a liquid fuel filling station at 54/12-54/9 David Bek Street, Erebuni administrative district, presented by Liana Sargsyan. On August 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing a multi-apartment residential building at Gai Avenue No. 45/6, Nor Nork administrative district, Yerevan, presented by Samvel Sahakyan. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of Yerevan City Hall. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

During the "PREPA RUN" marathon initiated by "Prepa" company, on July 13, from 07:30 to 12:30, a run will be held from "Yerevan" Mall to "Cascade" - about 5 km long. During the run, the open-air parking lot of "Yerevan" Mall, certain sections of Arshakunyats Avenue, Khanjyan, Tumanyan, Saryan, Moskovyan and Tamanyan streets will be closed. The streets will be opened immediately after the participants pass to avoid traffic inconveniences.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, a change in traffic management will be made from July 9 of this year. In particular, on St. Grigor Lusavorich Street, from the beginning of St. Grigor Lusavorich St. 13 to the intersection of Argishti Street, car parking will be prohibited. On Isahakyan Street, in the direction from Nalbandyan Street to Abovyan Street, car parking will be allowed on the right side of the carriageway.

On July 8, 2025, from 11:00 to 12:00, a warning siren will be activated for testing purposes in the "AY TI PARK" business center of Yerevan's Ajapnyak administrative district. The City Hall apologizes to citizens for any possible inconvenience.

From July 8, traffic at the intersection of Paronyan – Proshyan – Demirchyan streets will be regulated by a traffic light system to increase the throughput of transport flows in the capital.

On August 5, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing on the planned activity of constructing an open grandstand and an indoor sports hall at A. Mikoyan Street No. 111/7, Davtashen administrative district, Yerevan, presented by the "Football Federation of Armenia" NGO, will take place at the residence of the head of Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan. On July 4 and 5, traffic will be stopped in several sections of the city during the "TRICOLOR" Yerevan Night Run races held in Yerevan. The initiative is dedicated to the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Armenia and the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. Specifically, the following will be closed: 1. On July 4, from 21:00, traffic will be stopped from the section of the "Marriott-Armenia" hotel to the section of Vazgen Sargsyan Street, from where the race will start. From 21:50, traffic will be stopped in Republic Square, from Republic Square to Nalbandyan Street up to the intersection of Nalbandyan-Tumanyan streets, on Tumanyan Street, from the intersection of Tumanyan-Nalbandyan streets to the intersection of Tumanyan-Abovyan streets, from Pushkin Street to Abovyan Street, on Abovyan Street, from the intersection of Abovyan-Tumanyan streets to Republic Square. The race along the above-mentioned route will end at 23:45. 2. On July 5, from 09:00, traffic will be stopped from the section of the "Marriott-Armenia" hotel to the section of Vazgen Sargsyan Street, from where the race will start. From 10:00, traffic in Republic Square and Vazgen Sargsyan Street entirely will be partially stopped. The race along the above-mentioned route will end at 11:30.

Announcement regarding the inclusion of community residents on a public basis in the Council for the Management of the Five-Year Development Program and Annual Budget of the Yerevan Urban Community, operating adjunct to the Mayor of Yerevan. The purpose of the Council is to ensure the participation of residents and public organizations in local self-government, public oversight, and the provision of social support.
