Announcement: On inclusion in the "Social Support Council" adjunct to the Mayor of Yerevan

Invitation to public discussion

Public discussions will be held regarding the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the renovation of the State Non-Commercial Organization "K. Demirchyan High School No. 139" in Yerevan. The discussions will take place on September 2, 2020, at 12:00 PM, at 19 Gay Avenue, in the Nor-Nork administrative district. The documents can be reviewed at Yerevan City Hall and at "Yerevanproject" CJSC.

On September 3, 2020, at 12:00 PM, a public discussion will be held at 26 G. Nzhdeh Street. The subject of the discussion is the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the complex planned by N and S Construction LLC at 25/4 Arshakunyats Avenue, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan. The discussion will be held in accordance with the RA Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise and the Decision N 1325-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

On September 3, 2020, at 10:30 AM, a public discussion will be held at the office of the head of the Kentron administrative district (Yerevan, 44 Teryan Street) regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the multi-apartment residential complex planned by Sky Building LLC at 9/2 Arshakunyats Avenue. The discussion will be conducted in accordance with the RA Law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decision No. 1325-N.

"«Բասիս գրուպ» ՍՊԸ" plans to build a multifunctional residential complex at 28 Raffu Street. Public discussions on the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment of its surrounding environment will be held on August 25, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at 32 Sebastia Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Details are available on the Ministry of Environment website or at 1/3 Buzand Street.

Public discussions will be held on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the construction of Yerevan Basic School No. 111 submitted by "GLOMMA" CJSC. Participation will take place on August 24, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at the address 5 A. Sargsyan Street, Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan city. Public discussions will be held on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the working design of the residential complex planned at Komitas 59. On August 21, 2020, at 12:00, a public discussion will be held regarding the application for the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of a multifunctional complex planned at addresses 51/11 Paruyr Sevak and 14 Tonoyan in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan. The discussion will be held at the building at 11 Davit Anhaght Street. The documents can be reviewed at the "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise Center" SNCO.

On August 27, 2020, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held at the office of the head of the Kentron administrative district, dedicated to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the multifunctional complex planned at Arshakunyats Avenue, addresses 18/1, 18/2, 18/4, 18/13, and 18/14 in the Kentron administrative district. On August 10, 2020, at 11:00 AM, a public discussion will be held in the administrative building of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the working design of a multifunctional residential building. The discussion will be conducted in accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decree N 1325-N. Documents can be reviewed through the mentioned organization.

On August 6, 2020, at 11:00, a public discussion will be held in the building of the Arabkir district administration of Yerevan on the application for preliminary environmental impact assessment of the working project for the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex. METAKO LLC plans to build a multi-apartment residential complex in Yerevan, which will consist of 4 buildings, an underground parking lot, and active and passive recreation areas. The project includes landscaping and greening of the area. The project proposals will be presented for public discussion on August 27, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at Yerevan City Hall. The discussion will be conducted by the "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise Center" SNCO in accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decision N 1325-N.
