Public discussions will be held on July 30, 2021, at 11:00 AM, at 44 Teryan Street, Yerevan (Kentron administrative district building) regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the construction of a literature and candle sales point in the territory of Zoravor Holy Mother of God Church. Multifunctional complex, Erebuni administrative district, at T. Metsi avenue no. 55

By "Par Sam Yeghbayrner" LLC, a multifunctional complex is planned to be built in the Erebuni administrative district, at T. Metsi avenue 55. The complex will include underground parking lots, above-ground floors with commercial spaces, a business center, food outlets, as well as point towers, the tallest of which will have 20 floors. The roof of the complex is planned to be greened.

Public discussions will be held on July 22, 2021, at 11:00 AM, at 87 Sasuntsi Davit Street, regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment of the planned seismic strengthening and major renovation works of Yerevan Kindergarten No. 71 building. The discussions will be held in accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decision N 1325-N. On July 23, 2021, at 11:00, a public discussion will be held at 222 Khudyakov Street, Avan administrative district, Yerevan, regarding the preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction of a multifunctional complex planned by "Hrach and Ruben" CJSC at 37/1 Acharyan Street. Public discussion on the environmental impact assessment report of the Nor Nork administrative district zoning project submitted by "Yerevanproject" CJSC will take place on July 20, 2021, at 12:00, at Gai Avenue 19, Yerevan (Nor Nork administrative district building). The discussion will be held in accordance with the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the procedure established by RA Government Decision N 1325-N.
