Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, traffic management will be changed from August 22 of this year. In particular, at the intersection of Paronyan Street - Mashtots Avenue, traffic from Paronyan Street will be organized in 4 lanes. The 4th traffic lane will be separated for vehicles making a left turn towards Mashtots Avenue. The left turn will be regulated by a separate traffic light. The operating mode of the traffic light will also be changed at the mentioned intersection. At the same time, stopping will be prohibited at the beginning of Paronyan Street and from the intersection of Paronyan - Israelyan streets to the intersection of Paronyan Street - Mashtots Avenue.

On September 4, 2025, within the framework of the "Rescuer's Day" festive event, a special tactical demonstration exercise on the topic "Firefighting and rescue operations in case of enemy air attack" will be held at the "A. Spendiaryan National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater" SNCO and "Azatutyan" Square. During the exercise, evacuation of citizens, sheltering, transportation of conditionally injured, demonstration of firefighting and emergency rescue operations will be carried out. The hearing concerns the demolition of existing buildings at addresses 22 M. Saryan Street building, 2 structure, and 22 Saryan Street. On September 15, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity of constructing a warehouse building at Arin-Berd Street 10/18, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "NAZARYAN COOLING SYSTEMS" LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public discussion or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

On September 15, at 11:30 AM, the first public hearing will be held at the office of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan regarding the planned activity for the construction of a logistics warehouse center on the land plot at 17/2 Arin-Berd Street, 3rd lane, presented by "ARPANIV" LLC. Documents can be reviewed by calling (+374) 99991155. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

Yerevan City Hall informs that due to road construction work, from August 11, from 23:00 to 08:00, the section of Vagharshyan street from the Davtashen bridge to the Vagharshyan-Avetisyan intersection will be closed. This is due to the fact that the notification regarding the public hearing of the planned activity was not posted on the official website of the Ministry of Environment due to a technical error. Hovsepyan Street, Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by citizen Samson Grigoryan, will be held at the office of the head of the Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan city. The documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am) and on the official websites of the initiator (if available). From July 28, traffic lights will be installed at the intersection of Bagrevand Street and Dzoraghbyur (T-6-29) highway, near the "Royal Yerevan" restaurant, to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital.

On August 25, 2025, at 11:00, the first public hearing on the construction of a multifunctional residential complex will take place at the residence of the head of Ajapnyak administrative district.
