Citizens can follow the activities of the "One Window" system of Yerevan City Hall in real-time (online) mode by visiting the official website of Yerevan City Hall during working hours.

Yerevan City Hall invites interested companies, financial institutions, and organizations to jointly participate in the implementation of projects aimed at urban improvement, creation of a comfortable urban environment, and development of social infrastructure. The City Hall proposes to consider the possibility of companies' and business institutions' advertising and PR budgets in the mentioned directions. As compensation, the City Hall is ready to provide equivalent conditions for placing outdoor advertising.

On February 8, 2011, at 11:00, the first session of the fifth convocation of the Council of Elders of Yerevan will be convened. The agenda refers to Yerevan City Hall.

Taking as a basis the proposal of the Mayor of Yerevan and guided by Article 52, Part 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan decides: To delegate the powers of the Mayor of Yerevan provided for by Article 68, Part 1, Points 1, 2 and 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" to the heads of the administrative districts of Yerevan.

The continuation of accreditation of journalists covering the activities of Yerevan City Hall and the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan is announced. To be accredited, it is necessary to submit a written application indicating the data of the legal entity or individual, the journalist's data, the name of the media outlet, email addresses, phone numbers, and one photo. For foreign journalists, a copy of the certificate issued by the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required. Accreditation is carried out for a period of one year. Each media outlet can submit a maximum of 2 journalists and 2 photographers or operators. Media outlets must be accredited by February 1 of the current year.

On January 21, 2011, at 11:00, an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened with the following agenda: 1. 2. YEREVAN CITY HALL.

From December 31, 2010, to January 1, 2011, the Yerevan Metro and intra-city passenger transport will operate until 01:00. From January 1 to 9, transport will operate until 24:00. From January 10, transport will return to its normal schedule.

Residents can familiarize themselves with the procedure for providing architectural-planning assignments, project approvals, construction and demolition permits, as well as the act of documenting the commissioning of construction, the forms of applications and requests, and the list of necessary documents to be attached to them by visiting the official website of the Yerevan Municipality.

Yerevan City Hall will hold festive concert programs in Republic Square from December 31 to January 6. On December 31, concerts will be held with the participation of children's ensembles, dance groups, fairy tale heroes, and in the evening, performances by pop singers, ending with magnificent fireworks. From January 1-6, daytime events will be held with the participation of fairy tale heroes, and in the evening, discos organized by DJs. Festive events have started in Azatutyan Square on December 6 and will continue until January 6. Festive figure skating and hockey programs will be held at Swan Lake.

According to Article 25 of the Regulations of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, the eighth session of the fourth convocation of the Council of Elders of Yerevan will be convened on December 23, 2010, at 11:00.

Yerevan City Hall continues the accreditation of journalists to cover the activities of Yerevan City Hall and the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. To be accredited, it is necessary to submit a written application stating the details of the media outlet and the journalist, as well as attach a photo. Accreditation is carried out for a period of one year.

It is announced about the convening of an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. The session will take place on December 13, 2010, at 11:00 AM. The agenda includes the issue of setting the date for the elections of the Mayor of Yerevan.

The draft budget of the city of Yerevan for 2011 has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the RA laws "On the Budgetary System of the Republic of Armenia" and "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", the formation of which is based on economy, balance, efficiency, reliability and clarity. The 2011 budget of the city of Yerevan is projected as follows: revenue - 55,796,447.9 thousand drams, expenditures - 58,296,447.9 thousand drams, deficit - 2,500,000.0 thousand drams.

The Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan approved the 2011 budget of the city of Yerevan with indicators for revenue, expenditure, and deficit. The decision details the revenues of the administrative and fund parts of the budget by sources of formation, as well as allocations by functional and economic classification of budget expenditures. The Mayor is permitted to define the breakdown of grants and subsidies by recipient organizations.

On November 26, 2010, at 11:00 AM, the third session of the fourth convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will take place. The agenda of the session includes the approval of the draft agenda for the November 26, 2010 session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

From November 4, traffic on Tsitsernakaberd Highway is fully open. The road was being reconstructed under the programs of Yerevan City Hall. The works of the first phase of reconstruction have been completed, two-way two-lane traffic is provided.

According to Article 25 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, on October 22, 2010, at 11:00, the second session of the fourth convocation of the Council of Elders of Yerevan will be convened. The session will take place in Yerevan City Hall.

Guided by Article 30, Part 1 of the RA Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Point 1 of Article 28 of the Decision N 1-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of June 18, 2009, by the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan of October 1, 2010, No. 4541-A, an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened on October 5, 2010, at 10:00 AM.

On September 14, 2010, at 11:00 AM, the first session of the fourth convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The agenda of the session includes the issue of approving the composition of the counting commission of the fourth convocation of the Council of Elders of Yerevan.
