Statement N 14 ON TERMINATION OF THE POWERS OF SUREN GALSTYAN, A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF ELDERS OF THE CITY OF YEREVAN OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA, AS A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF ELDERS

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Point 6 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Suren Galstyan, elected by the electoral list of the City of Yerevan of the "I Step" parties alliance, as a member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

ANNOUNCEMENT on convening the February 12, 2019 session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan

On February 12, 2019, at 11:00 AM, the 1st session of the 2nd convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. The session will be held with the proposed agenda.

Day of reception at Yerevan City Hall

The Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan will hold the next reception of citizens on February 8, from 11:00 AM. To register, you can call the phone number (011) 51-42-72 or write to the email address info@yerevan.am. In case you cannot be received by the Mayor, the Deputy Mayors will receive citizens on the following days.

Public discussions will be held regarding the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. Participants can submit their proposals and comments by February 19, 2019. Public hearings will be held on February 20, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at 1 Argishti Street. To participate, you must submit an application by February 18, 2019.

An extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened on January 29, 2019, at 14:00, with the following agenda:

Based on point 4 of part 1 and part 4 of Article 20 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Arman Iskandaryan, member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step parties' alliance in the City of Yerevan.

Based on Article 95 of the Constitution, Article 20, Part 1, Point 5 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Protocol N 1 of January 4, 2019, of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia "On Registering Members of the National Assembly and Granting Mandates", to terminate the powers of Vahagn Grigoryan, member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step alliance of parties of the City of Yerevan, as a member of the Council of Elders.

Terminate the powers of Sasha Katvalyan, member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, based on Article 20, Part 1, Point 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan".

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Item 4 and Part 4 of the Law “On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan”, terminate the powers of the member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, Arman Abovyan, elected by the electoral list of the City of Yerevan of the “Prosperous Armenia” Party.

Basing on the 1st part of the 20th article of the 4th point and the 4th part of the law "About Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", to cease the authorities of the member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan Arusyak Julhakyan elected by the electoral list of the "I Step" parties alliance of the City of Yerevan.

Terminate the powers of Sona Ghazaryan, member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, based on Article 20, Part 1, Point 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan".

On January 15, 2019, at 11:00, an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of Yerevan is convened to discuss the issue of "Yerevan City Hall" included in the agenda. The session is convened on the basis of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and the Regulations of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Clause 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Ani Samsonyan, member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the Luys Parties Alliance for the City of Yerevan, as a member of the Council of Elders.

Terminate the powers of Alexander Avetisyan, member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the "My Step" alliance, based on Article 20, Part 1, Clause 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan".

Based on point 4 of part 1 and part 4 of article 20 of the law "On local self-government in the city of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Narine Khachaturyan, member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step parties alliance in Yerevan.

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Point 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Narek Zeynalyan, member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step alliance of parties in Yerevan.

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Point 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", to terminate the powers of Gayane Abrahamyan, a member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step parties' alliance for the City of Yerevan, as a member of the Council of Elders.

Based on Article 20, Part 1, Clause 4 and Part 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", terminate the powers of Lusine Badalyan, member of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, elected by the electoral list of the My Step alliance of parties for the City of Yerevan.
