On January 28, 2026, from 13:00 to 20:00, a 2.5 km section of the Hrazdan Gorge sports zone will be closed to traffic for the “Tricolor” Yerevan Night Run. The race is dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the formation of the RA Army.

Traffic on Hambardzumyan Street will be organized as one-way from Baghramyan Avenue to Gulbenkian Street and from Vagharshyan Street to Papazyan Street, starting from January 24 of this year, in order to increase the throughput of traffic flows.

On February 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing (2nd stage) on the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of warehouse buildings planned at 10/18 Arin-Berd Street, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan, submitted by "Nazaryan Cooling Systems" LLC, will take place at the residence of the head of the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan. On February 20, 2026, at 10:00, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing an outpatient polyclinic at 29/3 Tbilisi Highway, Arabkir administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "MIBS" LLC. The interested public can submit proposals orally during the hearings or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

On January 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing will be held at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a public building at 11 Arshakunyats Avenue, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by ZETH IQ GARAGE LLC. On January 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, a public hearing regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building at Arshakunyats Avenue 28/26, Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan, submitted by "YARD" LLC, will be held at the residence of the head of the Shengavit administrative district. On January 30, 2026, at 12:30 PM, a public hearing will be held at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the construction of a parking lot submitted by "Natalie Pharm" LLC. A two-stage open competition is announced for the selection of an investor for the construction and operation of a mixed household waste recycling plant in the city of Yerevan. The competition is organized by Yerevan City Hall. Tender packages must be submitted within 60 working days from the date of publication. The objectives of the competition are recycling in accordance with environmental standards, improving public health, ensuring a clean environment, obtaining energy and material benefits, mitigating climate problems, and creating jobs.

The planned water shutoff announced for December 24/25 in Yerevan's Avan, Nor Nork, Norq Marash, Erebuni administrative districts and Arinj village is canceled. Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, changes will be made to the organization of traffic starting from December 24 of this year. In particular, on Paronyan Street, at the intersection of Paronyan-Rustaveli streets (near the former Dvin Hotel), left turns from Rustaveli Street will be prohibited.

«Veolia Jur» company informs that the «Aparan-Yerevan» water pipeline has been damaged on Ashtarak highway, near Proshyan village. Water supply to Davtashen 1-4 neighborhoods, Dzor 1, 2, Norashen, Nazarbekyan, G-1 neighborhoods will be stopped from December 21, 12:30 until December 22, 12:30. The company apologizes for the inconvenience caused.

On December 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the 4th session of the 5th convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened. From December 22, on Pushkin Street, from the intersection of Pushkin - Saryan streets to the intersection of Pushkin Street - Mashtots Avenue, parking will be prohibited on the left side of the roadway, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital.
