According to the Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and the appendix to Government Decision N2343-Ն of December 28, 2023, on December 26, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing (2nd hearing) will be held at the residence of the head of Davtashen administrative district regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the football school construction works in Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted for expertise by "STUDIO 23" LLC. Documents can be reviewed on the official website of the Ministry of Environment (www.env.am) and on the official website of the initiator (if available). "Veolia Jur" company informs its customers and consumers that, due to planned works, on December 16 of this year, from 10:00 AM until December 17 at 10:00 AM, water supply will be suspended in a number of administrative districts and settlements. The company apologizes to consumers for the inconvenience caused.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, traffic management changes will be made from December 15 of this year. In particular, on Charents Street, the right turn from Charents Street to Heratsi Street (former cable car section) will be allowed from two traffic lanes, and parking will be prohibited from Charents Street building No. 1B towards Heratsi Street.

Dear citizens, we inform you that the "Special Population Services" PNCO will be open until 31.12.2025, inclusive, until 15:00. Please note that January 1 and 2, 2026, are non-working days. The PNCO will resume operations on 03.01.2026.

From December 12, traffic management will be changed at the intersection of Titogradyan - Ayvazovsky streets to increase the throughput of traffic flows. In particular, the left turn from Titogradyan street to Ayvazovsky street will be allowed from two traffic lanes, and the right turn from Ayvazovsky street to Titogradyan street will be organized with an additional section of the traffic light.

Traffic will be stopped from December 12 to 15 on the road section of Republic Square between Tigran Mets Avenue and Nalbandyan Street due to the organization of New Year events. Traffic will be stopped in Republic Square on December 14 until the end of the concert. Traffic will be stopped on Khorenatsi and Vazgen Sargsyan streets on December 13 and 14.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, changes will be made to the organization of traffic from December 10 of this year. In particular, traffic will be organized in a circular motion at the intersection of Titogradian-Khaghagh Doni streets.

On December 19, 2025, at 11:00, a public hearing will be held in the Avan administrative district of Yerevan regarding the environmental impact assessment report of the residential building construction works submitted by "Jibrayn" LLC. The documents can be found on www.env.am, as well as on the official websites of Yerevan City Hall and the initiator. On January 12, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing on the proposed construction of multi-apartment residential buildings at 37/37 Acharyan Street, submitted by citizen Gohar Baghdasaryan, will take place at the residence of the head of the Avan administrative district of Yerevan. The interested public can submit proposals orally during the hearings or in writing within 20 working days after the notification. The authorized person for the hearings is Ellada Aramyan.

On January 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the first public hearing will take place regarding the planned activity for the construction of Yerevan’s A. Yerznkyan No. 118 senior high school, presented by "Global Project" LLC, at the address Arzumanyan Street 8, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan. The interested public can submit proposals orally or in writing within 20 working days after the notification.

On January 14, 2026, at 11:00, the first public hearing will be held regarding the planned activity of constructing Yerevan V. Hambardzumyan No. 12 elementary school at G. Nzhdeh Street No. 11, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan, presented by "Global Project" LLC. Proposals, observations, and opinions from the interested public can be submitted orally during the public hearing or in writing to Yerevan City Hall within 20 working days after the notification.

Yerevan City Hall informs that from December 6, in order to increase the traffic flow capacity on Nalbandyan Street, changes will be made to the organization of traffic. In particular, parking will be prohibited on Nalbandyan Street, from the intersection of Sayat-Nova Avenue to the intersection of Moskovyan Street.

Notification on changes in traffic management at the intersection of Isahakyan and Tamanyan streets. From December 5, the validity of some prohibitive signs will be temporarily suspended.

From December 2, U-turns will be allowed on the section of Ashtarak Highway adjacent to "Red Cross" to improve the passability of transport flows in the capital.

From December 1, parking will be prohibited on Sayat-Nova Avenue, in the section from Sayat-Nova Avenue-Avag Petrosyan Street intersection to Sayat-Nova Avenue-Khanjyan Street intersection, in order to increase the throughput of traffic flows.

Citizens are informed that the 1st lanes of both traffic directions of Yerevan's Davtashen bridge, from Vagharshyan street to Sasna Tsrer street, will be closed from November 29 to 30 inclusive, due to repair works of the last deformation joint. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Dear citizens, in order to increase the traffic flow in the capital, a change in traffic organization will be made starting from November 28 of this year. Specifically, on Papazyan Street: from the intersection of Saralanj Avenue – Papazyan Street to the intersection of Papazyan – Kochari Streets, stopping of vehicles will be prohibited on the right side of the traffic lane.
