Invitation to public discussion regarding the preliminary impact assessment application for residential block works submitted by "Apaga Tun" LLC

On June 27, 2024, at 12:00 PM, a public discussion will be held at the office of the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan city regarding the preliminary impact assessment application for residential block works planned at Artashesyan street 75 and Manandyan street 41/1 in the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan city, submitted by "Apaga Tun" LLC. Proposals and comments can be submitted in writing to the "Expert Center for Environmental Impact Assessment" SNCO. The documents can be viewed on the ministry's website and at Buzandi 1/3.

In accordance with Article 28, Part 1 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", the 5th session of the 2nd convocation of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan will be convened on June 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The session agenda includes 18 issues.

The Yerevan Municipality, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank, is seeking expressions of interest for the construction supervision of the Isakov-Arshakunyats Road Link and the rehabilitation of Komitas Park. This project aims to improve connectivity between administrative districts and reduce traffic congestion. The selection process will be based on Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS), with a weighting of 80% for quality and 20% for cost. Yerevan City Hall announces a competition for financing innovative programs of youth organizations. The purpose of the competition is to involve young people of the community in solving problems related to the city of Yerevan through the financing of innovative programs. The order approves the schedule (Annex N1) and program content (Annex N2) for the remote organization and conduct of the preparatory course for persons wishing to adopt. The order also instructs the Information and Public Relations Department to ensure the placement of information about the course on the official website of the Ministry within one day after the order comes into force.
