Invitation to public discussion in Nork-Marash administrative district

Notification on the first public hearing on the environmental impact of the planned construction of a multi-apartment residential building at the address A. Armenakyan Street, 1st Alley, No. 32/4 in the Nork-Marash administrative district. The hearings will be held on September 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the administrative district head's office. Proposals can be submitted orally or in writing within 20 working days.

Traffic management change on Yervand Kochar Street

To increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, from August 3 of this year, a change in traffic management will be made on Yervand Kochar Street, in particular, the unregulated pedestrian crossing on the road section adjacent to Yervand Kochar 5/2 will be dismantled.

Emergency water cutoff: August 4 and 5

"Veolia Jur" company informs that due to accident elimination works, water supply will be suspended in a number of areas on August 4 from 10:00 to August 5 at 10:00. The company apologizes to consumers for the inconvenience caused.

Notification about the first public hearing on the planned activity for increasing the number of floors and reconstruction of residential and commercial buildings located at Aram Street, house 7, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. Malkhasyants Street Lane, Arabkir administrative district. The hearings are scheduled for August 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Interested parties can review the documents and submit proposals to the "Environmental Impact Expertise Center" SNCO.

The Yerevan City Hall has taken note of the event (teaching national dances) in the area adjacent to the "Cascade" complex.

Due to ongoing medium repair works on Aram Khachaturian Street in the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, parking of vehicles is prohibited in the specified section starting from July 29, 21:00. Please do not obstruct the repair process.

From July 25, traffic on Henri Verno Street will be organized one-way from the intersection of Karen Demirchyan - Henri Verno streets to the intersection of Henri Verno - Pap Tagavor streets. This is due to continuous monitoring of traffic flows after the experimental change in traffic and the need to improve traffic.

Traffic management will be changed on Sayat-Nova Avenue from July 23 to increase the throughput of traffic flows. In particular, the "parking space" road sign installed in the area adjacent to St. Anna Church will be moved in the direction of Abovyan Street. In addition, stopping of vehicles will be prohibited from the intersection of Sayat-Nova Avenue and Abovyan Street to the mentioned sign.

Yerevan City Hall invites all interested natural and legal persons to participate in the public discussions organized on the draft decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan. Interested persons can submit their proposals and comments by August 6 inclusive. The public open hearings will take place on August 4, at 15:00, in the briefing hall on the 5th floor of the administrative building of Yerevan City Hall located at Argishti Street h.1.

The "Mrro Armenian National Art Center" NGO is organizing the annual "Gutan" Armenian Traditional Song and Dance Festival, dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Gagik Ginosyan. The festival will take place in the Cafesjian Sculpture Garden on August 22, 2026, from 18:00 to 23:00. Participation is free. The purpose of the festival is to preserve, disseminate, and popularize traditional song and dance.

From July 20, parking of vehicles will be prohibited on both sides of Warsawian Street, from Warsawian 3 to Warsawian 2, in order to increase the passability of traffic flows in the capital.

Notification about the first public hearing on the planned activity for the major renovation of the historical and cultural buildings located at 4/1 Arshakunyats street, Yerevan city (barracks complex of Yerevan fortress). The hearings are organized based on the application submitted by «RNSARSH» LLC. The event will take place on August 18, 2026, at the residence of the head of the Kentron administrative district.

On July 17, from 21:00, car parking will be restricted in certain sections of Tigran Petrosyan Street, in order not to hinder medium repair works.

On July 21, an open-air concert dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra (artistic director Sergey Smbatyan) will take place at the beginning of the Cascade complex in Yerevan.

On July 17, 18 and 19, from 11:00 to 22:30, an exhibition-fair entitled "Beer Days" will be held on Zakyan Street (from the intersection of Zakyan-Lusavorich streets to the intersection of Zakyan-Khorenatsi streets).
