Decision on changing the purpose and functional significance of the land plot at N. Charbakh Street 21, Shengavit, Yerevan

On alienating an additional land plot through direct sale and providing an address

The decision concerns the direct sale of a 552.30 sqm land plot adjacent to 4 Araratyan Street to "KVANT" Scientific-Educational Center for construction purposes. The land plot will be assigned the address "Araratyan Street, 4/1". The decision sets the cadastral value of the land plot and the payment procedure.

The Mayor's decision restores the property rights of Vahan Samveli Vardanyan, Artur Samveli Vardanyan, and Anahit Vazgeni Hayrapetyan to a 173.63 sqm land plot and the buildings located on it at 2 Musayelyan Street, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan. The decision is based on the fact that the residential building was constructed before 2001 and the land plot complies with the requirements of the RA Land Code.

This decision legalizes an illegally constructed structure located at 36/4, 10th Street, N. Shengavit, Yerevan, owned by Vahida Samveli Sahakyan. The owner is required to pay a legalization fee of 193,566 AMD within 60 days and cover registration costs. The decision also outlines procedures for state registration and appeals. Execution and oversight are assigned to specific departments within the Yerevan Municipality.

The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be vested in the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of Yerevan City Hall and the Head of the Shengavit administrative district. The Secretary of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall shall ensure control.

Legalize the self-realized structure located on the land plot belonging to citizen Tornik Abraham Hakobyan by right of ownership, and establish the functional designation of the land plot.

This decision restores Zhulietta Adibeki Kaloyan's ownership right to the residential house and the 156.1 sq.m. land plot located at 2nd Lane of Nor Shengavit 14th Street, Shengavit administrative district, Yerevan. The functional purpose of the land plot is defined as residential development.
