ON GRANTING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

1. Provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city, according to the appendix. 2. Instruct the head of the Real Estate Management Department of Yerevan City Hall staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the heads of administrative districts, the heads of departments of the Yerevan City Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and the applicants. 3. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Real Estate Management Department of Yerevan City Hall staff. 4. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the secretary of Yerevan City Hall staff.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The Mayor's decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by garage No. 14 at building 1b, G. Narekatsi neighborhood, Avan, Yerevan, belonging to Larisa Poghosyan, until September 1, 2031. It also introduces amendments to the agreement, including new clauses regarding unilateral termination by the lessor and changes to the annual rent and its adjustment. The decision also designates the head of the Avan administrative district to sign the agreement and assigns oversight to the First Deputy Mayor.

Khudyakov Street 176/1 residential building" with "Yerevan, Avan M. Khudyakov Street 176/1 residential building, 176/2, 176/3, 176/4, 176/5 and Avan 7th Street 176 residential building". The execution of the decision is entrusted to Tigran Avinyan.

It also amends clauses related to notification procedures for unilateral termination, annual lease payments, and conditions for rent changes. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the Avan administrative district, and control is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor.

The decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by the garage adjacent to building 84/3 on Khudyakov Street in the Avan community of Yerevan, which was transferred to Gohar Grigoryan by right of inheritance. The decision also approves amendments to the lease agreement, including extending its term until September 1, 2031, and assigns the address "M. Khudyakov Street, 84/45" to the garage. Decision: On clarifying the boundaries of the land plot located at Avan, Isahakyan district, h.2/4 address and issuing a plan. The decision was based on a number of letters, conclusions and decisions, as a result of which it was found that the actual area of the land plot is 8590.2 sq.m. instead of the previously registered 8197.0 sq.m. The targeted and functional designations of the land plot have been defined in accordance with the general plan of Yerevan city.
