Reallocations are made in the 2026 budget of the city of Yerevan and amendments to decision N 161-Ա of January 14, 2026 of the Mayor of Yerevan. The organization and responsibility for implementation are assigned to the Head of the Financial Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff, and supervision to Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Levon Hovhannisyan.

Decision on Granting Addresses to Real Estate Properties

The Head of the Kentron Administrative District is instructed to register it accordingly. The change requires state registration.

This decision concerns the extension of the lease agreement for the land occupied by the snack bar located at 9/2 Nar-Dos Street and making amendments to it. The amendments include clarifying the names of the tenants, extending the term of the agreement until September 1, 2029, and revising the amount and calculation procedure of the annual rent.

Decision 4017-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan, adopted on August 17, 2026, concerns the inclusion of "Supply Group" LLC in the list of participants not eligible to participate in the procurement process. The decision is based on the requirements of subparagraph "b" of point 6 of part 1 of Article 6 and part 2 of the same article of the Law "On Procurement". The company was deprived of the right to conclude a contract in accordance with point 8.15 of part 1 of the invitation to the procurement procedure with code ԵՔ-ԷԱՃԱՊՁԲ-26/280 and part 3 of Article 36 of the Law on Procurement.
