On recognizing Yerevan Mayor's decision N 3819-A of August 3, 2026, as void and making an amendment to decision N 657-A of February 9, 2026

This decision recognizes Yerevan Mayor's decision N 3819-A of August 3, 2026, as void. At the same time, an amendment is made to the appendix of Yerevan Mayor's decision N 657-A of February 9, 2026, by presenting it in a new version. Control over the execution of the decision is entrusted to the Mayor of Yerevan, and its effect extends to relations arising after July 1, 2026.

On recognizing as having lost force the second point of the Mayor of Yerevan's decision N 4001-A dated August 14, 2026

The Mayor's decision is about recognizing the second point of the Mayor's decision N 4001-A dated August 14, 2026, as invalid. This decision is based on Article 33, Part 1, Point 4, and Article 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", and takes into account the Mayor's decision N 2908-A dated July 30, 2024. The second point of the decision N 4001-A concerns the conclusion of an employment contract with the elected director of "Nver Safaryan Secondary School N164" state non-commercial organization, Gohar Arayik Khachatryan.

This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by a garage in Davtashen district until September 1, 2031. It includes amendments to the contract, such as changing the lessee's name, updating notification procedures for termination, and adjusting rent payment clauses. The decision also assigns responsibility for execution and oversight.

This decision approves the staffing tables and official salary rates for "Yerevan N101 Secondary School" and "Hakob Kojoyan" Educational Complex of Yerevan. This decision announces a competition to fill the vacant position of coordinator of the administrative and economic department of the "Yerevan Zabel Yesayan N 180 Primary School" state non-commercial organization. The decision is based on point 12 of Decision N 259-Ն of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of March 2, 2023, and on the fact that no contract was signed as a result of the competition announced by Decision N 3191-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan of June 29, 2026.

This decision concerns the extension of the lease agreement for the land occupied by the snack bar located at 9/2 Nar-Dos Street and making amendments to it. Decision 4017-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan, adopted on August 17, 2026, concerns the inclusion of "Supply Group" LLC in the list of participants not eligible to participate in the procurement process. The decision is based on the requirements of subparagraph "b" of point 6 of part 1 of Article 6 and part 2 of the same article of the Law "On Procurement". The company was deprived of the right to conclude a contract in accordance with point 8.15 of part 1 of the invitation to the procurement procedure with code ԵՔ-ԷԱՃԱՊՁԲ-26/280 and part 3 of Article 36 of the Law on Procurement.

The decision grants permission to "Tel-Cell" Open Joint-Stock Company to conduct trade or provide services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan. The permission is granted for August 2026 for the installation of 29 devices at the specified addresses. The decision also stipulates that the permit is extended for subsequent months if the local fee is paid.

The Mayor of Yerevan has decided to award the "Erebuni Yerevan 2800" commemorative medal to six individuals from the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Rescue Service. The decision is based on specific provisions of a prior Council of Elders' resolution.

By this decision, the functional purpose of the apartment belonging to Hamlet Simonyan, located at Azatutyan Avenue, bldg. 7a, apt. 2, is defined as public, and it is included in the non-residential fund. Amendments include changing the lessee's name and adding a clause regarding the extension. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The execution is entrusted to the Head of the Central Administrative District of Yerevan, and oversight is provided by the First Deputy Mayor.

This decision includes "HARGRU P 5" LLC in the list of participants who do not have the right to participate in procurement processes. The decision also assigns responsibility for its execution and oversight to the relevant departments of the Yerevan Municipality.
