Decision on including in the list of participants not allowed to participate in procurement processes

This decision includes the participant "HAZARASHEN" AK in the list of entities not allowed to participate in procurement processes. This is due to the violation of contract terms, specifically the deadline for construction work, as per Article 6 of the "On Procurement" Law. The execution of this decision is assigned to the head of the Arabkir administrative district, and oversight is assigned to the Secretary of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality.

Decision on recognizing as invalid the Mayor of Yerevan's decision No. 940-A dated February 6, 2012, extending the term of the land lease agreement, making amendments and additions to the agreement, and providing an address

This decision repeals a previous decision regarding Liana Sofiyan's land lease, extends the lease term, amends the contract, and assigns a new address to her garage. It also details the process for unilateral termination of the contract by the lessor and updates the rent calculation. The head of the Malatia-Sebastia district is authorized to finalize the agreement.

The decision grants permission to "Harutyunyan Lala Armeni" IE for conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan. The permission is granted for the installation of 1 automatic self-service device in front of building 2/1, T. Petrosyan Street, Davtashen administrative district. The decision also establishes control over the fulfillment of the permit requirements.

The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are assigned to the director of the CJSC, and the supervision to the secretary of the City Hall staff.

The decision concerns the appointment of Gohar Arayiki Khachatryan as the director of "Yerevan Nver Safaryan Basic School No. 164" State Non-Commercial Organization and the conclusion of an employment contract with her for a period of 5 years. This decision amends the annex to the Mayor of Yerevan's decision No. 1198-A dated April 15, 2019, "On approving the personal composition of the guardianship and trusteeship commission under the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan". The annex is to be stated in a new edition. Control over the execution of this decision is assigned to Armen Pambukhchyan.

This decision legalizes the construction with a total area of 30.5 square meters, unauthorizedly built by citizens Yervand Roberti Minasyan and Diana Gaspari Sarafyan at Arami Street 88/1, Kentron administrative district, Yerevan. The decision concerns the legalization of an unauthorized structure built by citizens Roza Aleksani Avetisyan, Anahit Artushi Avetisyan, Arsen Artushi Avetisyan, and Karen Artushi Avetisyan at Yerevan, Nor Nork, Mikoyan street, building 14, area 42. According to the decision, one unauthorized door and three unauthorized windows are recognized as legal. The citizens are obliged to pay the legalization fee and fees related to the state registration of property rights within 60 days.

The head of the Arabkir administrative district is authorized to sign the agreement. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The decision also assigns execution and oversight responsibilities.

By the decision, new addresses have been provided to the 298 units (apartments, public areas, and parking spaces) belonging to "SHIN KAPITAL GROUP" LLC located at 21/4 Kirkor Kirkorian Street, Yerevan. Control over the execution of the decision has been assigned to the Real Estate Management Department of the City Hall and the Secretary of the Staff.

The decision clarifies the boundaries of the land plot at Mushakan 8th Street, house 106, and confirms its area as 600.0 sq.m. It also instructs the state registration of the decision and assigns responsibility for its execution and oversight.

This decision amends Decision N 3521-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan of October 3, 2022. In particular, Appendix N 8, which refers to the list of employees of the staff of the Head of Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan city who detect and record administrative offenses, is set forth in a new edition.
