The decision authorizes the head of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district to conclude an agreement with Hayastan Gasparyan to extend the term of the lease agreement for the 47.0 sq.m. land plot occupied by the garage at 52/5 Tsovakal Isakov Avenue, building 22, until September 1, 2031, and to add a new paragraph to clause 16 of the agreement.

The Mayor of Yerevan has decided to extend the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage #3 of building 15 on Z. Andranik street. The agreement will be amended to reflect Angela Nahapetyan as the lessee and the lease term will be extended until September 1, 2031. The decision also mandates state registration of the rights arising from the agreement and assigns responsibility for its execution to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district.

This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 22 of building 34 on Z. Andraniki Street until September 1, 2031. Specialist of the environmental department Ellada Aramyan has been appointed as the authorized person.

This decision extends the lease term for a land plot occupied by a garage at Charragaytin St., Bldg V, Apt. 8, until September 1, 2031. It authorizes the head of the Malatia-Sebastia district to sign an agreement with the lessees, Nune Hayrapetyan and Angin Danielyan, to this effect. The permission concerns the installation of one device in front of 5 Heratsi Street, Kentron administrative district. The decision also notes that the local fee for August has been paid, and the permit is extended for subsequent months upon payment.

The decision grants permission to "Karen Petrosyan Petros" IE to conduct trade or provide services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community. The permission is granted for the installation of 2 automatic self-service devices at two addresses located in Shengavit and Malatia-Sebastia administrative districts. The decision also notes that the local fee has been paid and establishes control over the execution of the decision.

A competition is announced for the vacant position of director of the "Yerevan P. Yavorov Basic School No. 131" state non-commercial organization. The Human Resources Management Department has been instructed to ensure the publication of the competition announcement on the azdarar.am website and to inform the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports for publication. The Public Relations Department has been instructed to publish the decision on the City Hall website. Control over the implementation of the decision has been assigned to Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Levon Hovhannisyan.

Margarit Khachatryan is awarded the "Erebuni Yerevan 2800" commemorative medal in accordance with the decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

It was decided not to legalize the self-constructed metal kiosk on the community-owned land plot located next to building No. 24, Shirakatsy Street, Ajapnyak administrative district. The head of Ajapnyak administrative district was instructed to dismantle the kiosk and free the land plot. The police were offered to ensure public order during the dismantling works.

The decision concerns the dismantling of a metal structure (kiosk) located on a plot of land owned by the community, adjacent to building 25 on Shinarlar Street in the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan. The structure was built without land use rights and proper permits, illegally occupying community-owned land. The decision rejects the legalization of this unauthorized structure and instructs the head of the Ajapnyak district administration, with the assistance of relevant departments, to dismantle the structure and free up the land. It also proposes that the head of the Yerevan Police Department ensure public order during the dismantling process and instructs the head of the Ajapnyak district administration to recover the costs of dismantling from the person who built the structure. The responsibility for organizing and executing the decision is assigned to the heads of the relevant departments and the head of the Ajapnyak district administration.

The Mayor of Yerevan decided to demolish an unauthorized stone structure built on community-owned land without land use rights or permits, located next to building 14 on Estonskaya Street in the Ajapnyak administrative district. The land will be freed from the illegal structure and its unauthorized occupation. The head of the Ajapnyak district is tasked with dismantling the structure and recovering the costs from the perpetrator. The police are requested to ensure public order during the demolition. The decision enters into force upon adoption and can be appealed within two months.

It instructs the Human Resources Management and Information Departments of the Yerevan Municipality staff to ensure the publication of the competition announcement on the relevant websites. Control over the execution of the decision is assigned to Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Levon Hovhannisyan.
