Extension of the term of the land plot lease agreement

This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 1 at building 11, 1st lane, Bagratunyats Street, until September 1, 2031. The extension is authorized by the head of the Shengavit administrative district and is based on an application from Sergey Balasanyan. The cadastral value of the plot is 1,111,500 AMD.
