On announcing a competition for the vacant position of the Director of the State Non-Commercial Organization "Yerevan Basic School No. 45",

This decision of the Mayor of Yerevan announces a competition for the vacant position of the Director of the State Non-Commercial Organization "Yerevan Basic School No. 45". The decision instructs the Human Resources Management Department of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall to ensure the publication of the competition announcement on the website http://www.azdarar.am and the official website of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia. The Information Department is instructed to publish the announcement on the website www.yerevan.am.

On amending decision No. 4810-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated November 28, 2025

This decision amends points 1 and 2 of decision No. 4810-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated November 28, 2025, by replacing the words "1330.0 sqm" with "1240.40 sqm". The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are placed on the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Staff of the Yerevan City Hall, and the control on the Secretary of the Staff of the Yerevan City Hall.

The decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 5 of building 94 on Z. Andraniki Street until September 1, 2031. It also includes an amendment to the contract, replacing "Mehak Hayrapetyan" with "Andranik Petrosyan". The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, and oversight is provided by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.
