On extending the term of the land lease agreement, making amendments and additions to the agreement

Amendments to the Mayor of Yerevan's Decision No. 3729-A dated September 11, 2025

1. To define the functional purpose of apartment No. 38 in building No. 1 on G. The Mayor of Yerevan has decided to extend the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage #3 of building 15 on Z. Andranik street. The agreement will be amended to reflect Angela Nahapetyan as the lessee and the lease term will be extended until September 1, 2031. The decision also mandates state registration of the rights arising from the agreement and assigns responsibility for its execution to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district.

The decision grants permission to "Mekhak Arevyan Gagiki" IE to conduct trade or provide services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan. The permission is granted for the installation of 1 automatic self-service device in front of 21/9 Kirk Kirkoryan Street, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. The decision also establishes control and responsibility for its implementation.

The decision authorizes the head of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district to conclude an agreement with Hayastan Gasparyan to extend the term of the lease agreement for the 47.0 sq.m. land plot occupied by the garage at 52/5 Tsovakal Isakov Avenue, building 22, until September 1, 2031, and to add a new paragraph to clause 16 of the agreement.
