On the legalization of a self-built structure

On amending decision No. 2491-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated May 14, 2026

This decision amends decision No. 2491-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated May 14, 2026. The amendment pertains to the address mentioned in the preamble of the decision: the words "Sofiyi street No. 88/2" are replaced with the words "G. and S. Gurzadyan street No. 91/2". The organization of the decision's execution and the responsibility for it are placed on the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Staff of the Mayor of Yerevan, and the control is placed on the Secretary of the Staff of the Mayor's Office.

The decision concerns the dismantling of an illegally constructed building on a community-owned land plot adjacent to Nor Aresh 50th Street, building 49/1, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan. The building was constructed without land use rights and proper permits. The decision instructs the head of the Erebuni administrative district to dismantle the building and free the land plot, as well as to recover the associated costs through legal proceedings from the person who constructed the building.

Make amendments to the agreement on gratuitous use of property attached to "Yerevan H.74 Nursery-Kindergarten" CNCO.

This decision defines the boundaries of the household land plot located at Nor Aresh 39, quarter No. 14 (Nor Aresh 29th street, h.25) with an approved plan of 229.37 sq.m. The decision is subject to state registration in the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia. The organization and responsibility for implementation are assigned to the heads of the Real Estate Management, Architecture and Urban Development Departments of the Yerevan City Hall staff and the head of the Erebuni administrative district.

By this decision, "Gor Basteghyan Arshaki" IE is granted permission to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of building No. 49, Nor Aresh 50 Street, Yerevan. The permit is issued for July 2026, and if the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permit is considered extended. Control over the implementation of the decision is assigned to Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

Decision 3762-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan refers to the legalization of self-constructed residential buildings with an area of 210.7 square meters located at 10, 29th Street of Nor Aresh, Erebuni administrative district, belonging to Tigran Vardani Baghamyan. The decision is based on Decision No. 912-Ն of May 18, 2006, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Decision No. 5299-Ա of November 12, 2010, of the Mayor of Yerevan, as well as relevant professional and technical conclusions. The decision defines the amount of the legalization fee and the payment deadlines, as well as the condition that the decision will be considered null and void if not fulfilled.

This decision concerns the legalization of an arbitrarily constructed building on the land owned by citizen Arevik Andraniki Melkonyan, located at 24/1 Nor Aresh 27th Street, Erebuni administrative district, Yerevan. The decision sets out the conditions for legalizing the structure, including payments and the necessity of state registration.

The Government of the Republic of Armenia decides to recognize as exclusive, paramount public interest the road construction programs implemented in certain areas within the administrative borders of Yerevan city and Argavand rural community of Ararat region. The Yerevan Development Program for 2014 approved by this decision is subject to publication in accordance with the procedure established by Articles 56 and 63 of the RA Law "On Legal Acts", and the main indicators, statistical and graphic data of the program are also subject to publication in separate directories and booklets with a total circulation of 1000 copies.

The "Yerevan City Development Program for 2012" presents the socio-economic situation of the city, the main directions of development, an analysis of the state of spatial planning and infrastructure development and short-term forecasts, development programs for administrative districts, as well as available resources. The program includes the state of urban planning, transport, communal services, environmental protection, trade and services, education, healthcare, social security, culture, tourism, problems and measures planned for 2012. Section 3 presents the problems of Yerevan administrative districts and the measures planned for 2012.

This decision restores the property rights of Eduard Garegini Abajyan, Garegin Sureni Abajyan, Hasmik Kerobi Harutyunyan, Gayane Sureni Abajyan, and Karine Sureni Abajyan to the land plot of 232.78 sq.m. and the buildings located thereon, adjacent to the residential house at Nor Aresh 4th Street, bldg. 2/1. The decision also instructs the Erebuni territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and provide a certificate.

This decision restores Rafik Varazdat Tonoyan's property rights to the residential house located at 3/1 Sary Tagh 8th Street Lane and the 172.62 sq m land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue the corresponding certificate.

This decision restores Andranik Anushavan Ghassabyan's property rights to the residential building located at Sary Tagh 20th Street, No. 18/3, and the 296.55 sq.m. land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the Marash territorial division of the State Committee of Cadastre to register the ownership right and provide a certificate.

This decision restores the property rights of Satenik Paruyri Galoyan, Valerik Volodi Galoyan, and Ararat Vladimir Galoyan concerning a land plot adjacent to their residential house at Noragavit 1st Street, house 3. It recognizes their ownership of an additional 299.4 sqm of land, bringing their total owned land to 526.37 sqm. The decision also assigns an address to the house and instructs relevant departments to clarify building areas, determine land boundaries, and register the ownership rights.
