On gratuitous transfer of property owned by Yerevan community by right of ownership

Property worth a total of 3,887,943.60 AMD will be transferred for household needs. The head of Kentron administrative district is authorized to conclude donation agreements.

To assign the organization and responsibility for implementation to the head of the transport department of Yerevan City Hall staff and the director of "Parking City Service" closed joint-stock company. The Mayor's decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage No. 1, located at building No. 2, H. Gyulikevkhyan Street, Nor Nork, until October 1, 2031. The decision also instructs the head of the Nor Nork administrative district to sign an agreement with Babken Hambardzumyan regarding this extension and to make amendments to the contract. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage No. 29 in building No. 18, 3rd block, Davtashen, and makes amendments to it. This decision refers to the change of targeted and functional designations of the land plot located at H1 and H1A addresses of Haghntanak 110th district of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city. The targeted designation of the land plot is defined as residential areas, and the functional designation as residential development. The decision is based on the conclusion of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the City Hall.

It was decided not to legalize the reinforced concrete structure and stone fence self-constructed adjacent to Davtashen 8th Street, h.2/6. This decision rejects the legalization of the pavilion and adjacent metal pillars installed without land use rights and without proper permission on the state-owned land adjacent to Babajanyan Street h.42/3 in Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan city. It is decided to dismantle the mentioned pavilion and adjacent metal pillars, as well as to free the state-owned land from illegal possession. The costs will be recovered through court proceedings from the person who carried out the unauthorized construction.
