ON MAKING AMENDMENT TO DECISION H.2623-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN OF JULY 24, 2018 AND PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

An amendment is made to Decision H.2623-A of the Mayor of Yerevan of July 24, 2018, regarding the provision of addresses to real estate properties. In particular, point 5 of the appendix to the mentioned decision is recognized as void. The decision instructs to provide addresses to real estate properties in accordance with the appendix. The organization of execution and responsibility is placed on the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

To recognize as void the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan N 1759-Ա of February 20, 2012, on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land plot, making changes and additions to the agreement, and providing an address

By this decision, the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan N 1759-Ա of February 20, 2012, is recognized as void. The decision refers to the extension of the term of the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by the garage located at H. Shirazi Street, N 20, and making changes to it. In addition, the address "H. Shirazi Street, N 20/19" is provided to the garage transferred to Suren Poghosyan.

By this decision, the JAC T6 small-sized truck (pickup) owned by the Yerevan community is transferred to "Yerevan New City Landfill" CJSC for gratuitous use. The head of the communal services department is authorized to conclude the relevant agreement, and a handover-acceptance commission is established. Control over the implementation of the decision is entrusted to the secretary of the City Hall staff.

The decision extends the term of the land lease agreement for a garage and basement located at building 2, Nansen street, Nor Nork, owned by Aida Khojayan. Amendments are made to the agreement, including changes to the termination clause and the method of notification. The annual rent is set at 35,198 AMD. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The decision can be appealed within two months. Execution is entrusted to the head of the Nor Nork district, and oversight is provided by the First Deputy Mayor.

To alienate (sell) to "Center for Rights of Families of Victims of Wars" NGO through direct sale the land plot located at Sebastia Street, bldg. 157/6, with an area of 443.5 sq.m., at the established cadastral value. The Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff was instructed to conclude a land plot sale and purchase agreement with the organization after submitting the document confirming the payment. It was established that in case of non-payment of the cadastral value of the land plot within 15 days, the decision will be considered null and void. All expenses for state registration of property rights, notarization of the agreement, and obtaining a certificate will be covered by the NGO. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision were assigned to the heads of the relevant departments, and supervision to the staff secretary.

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was Aharon Ghazaryan's application No. D-60577-26 dated 12.06.2026, on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the structure located at 4/15 Mayak district, Jrvezh, Yerevan, and the land plot allocated for it.

This decision restores Ashot Stepani Hovsepyan's property rights to the residential building located at Noragyugh district, No. 15/33, and the land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision instructs the Marash territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and provide the corresponding certificate.

This decision restores Alvard Abraham Hakobyan's property rights to the residential building located at 20/18 Shahamiryan Street and the 94.92 sq.m. land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the Erebuni territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue a certificate.

This decision restores the property rights of Serzha Hranti Kocharyan over the land plot located at Noragavit 1st Street, house 92/2, and the buildings thereon. The decision recognizes his ownership right over a 51.1 sq m land plot adjacent to the legal 504.27 sq m land plot. The Shengavit territorial division of the State Committee of Cadastre is instructed to register the ownership right and issue a registration certificate.

This decision restores Valya Varazdat Hovhannisyan's property rights to the residential building located at 1 Ajemyan Street and the land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and issue a certificate.

This decision restores Misak Hovhannesi Iritsyan's property rights to the 217.2 sq.m. land plot located at Jivanu Street 1st Lane, No. 1, and the buildings and structures on it. The decision also instructs the Shengavit territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue the corresponding certificate.

This decision restores the property rights of Eduard Garegini Abajyan, Garegin Sureni Abajyan, Hasmik Kerobi Harutyunyan, Gayane Sureni Abajyan, and Karine Sureni Abajyan to the land plot of 232.78 sq.m. and the buildings located thereon, adjacent to the residential house at Nor Aresh 4th Street, bldg. 2/1. The decision also instructs the Erebuni territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and provide a certificate.

This decision restores the property rights of Styopa Paruyri Avayan concerning the residential house located at No. 17/14 Myasnikyan Avenue and the land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the Marash territorial division of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre to register the ownership right and issue a corresponding certificate.

This decision restores the property rights of Hrant Askanazi Melik-Kamushyan to the residential building located at 87/5 Vardanants Street and the land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the Marash territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and issue the corresponding certificate.

This decision restores the property rights of Arsen Sergeyevich Ghazaryan over the residential house located at Forest Street, No. 122/1, and the land plot of 265.83 sq. m. necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the State Committee of Cadastre to register the ownership right and issue a corresponding certificate.

This decision restores Khachatur Leviki Amalyan's property rights to the 295.28 sq.m. land plot located at 119 A. Khachatryan Street and the buildings on it. The decision also instructs to register the right of ownership and provide an address to the residential house.
