Regarding the extension of the land lease agreement term and making amendments to the agreement

The decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by garage No. 3 at building 12/1, H. Svadzhyan Street, until September 1, 2031, and authorizes the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district to sign the supplementary agreement. Traffic management change at the intersection of Tumanyan and Teryan streets

To increase the passability of traffic flows in Yerevan, changes will be made to the organization of traffic at the intersection of Tumanyan and Teryan streets starting from August 24, 2026. In particular, stopping of vehicles will be prohibited from Tumanyan 32/2 to the intersection of Tumanyan and Teryan streets, and U-turns will be prohibited from Teryan 42 to the intersection of Tumanyan and Teryan streets.

Traffic management changes will be implemented at the intersection of Nalbandyan and Tumanyan streets to increase the throughput of traffic flows. In particular, from August 24, stopping of vehicles will be prohibited from the intersection of Nalbandyan and Tumanyan streets to Tumanyan Street 22.

The term of the lease agreement for the land plot of 23.0 sqm occupied by garage No. 5 in building No. 13 on May 9th Street is extended until September 1, 2031. In order to increase the passability of transport flows in the capital, from August 20 of this year, a change will be made in the organization of traffic in the road section leading from Tbilisi Highway to the Bypass Tunnel, in particular, traffic from the Tbilisi Highway – Tbilisi Highway Lane intersection to the Bypass Tunnel street will be one-way.

Within the framework of the sidewalk improvement program of the Kentron administrative district head's staff, sidewalk improvement works will be carried out on Karen Demirchyan Street (from Saryan Street to Mashtots Avenue) from August 18 to 31 inclusive, during which traffic will be temporarily suspended in the mentioned section.
