On extending the term of the land lease agreement, making changes and additions to the agreement

The decision extends the lease agreement for land plot occupied by garage No. 5, located at building No. 12, 7th microdistrict, Nor Nork, until September 1, 2031. It also authorizes the head of the Nor Nork administrative district to sign an agreement with Ara Gevorgyan and Anna Hovhannyan to extend the lease term and make amendments, including replacing the name "Samvel Mkhitaryan" with "Ara Gevorgyan and Anna Hovhannyan" and adding a clause to the agreement. The decision also notes that the rights arising from the agreement are subject to state registration and assigns the execution and oversight of the decision.

ON MAKING AMENDMENT TO DECISION H.2623-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN OF JULY 24, 2018 AND PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

An amendment is made to Decision H.2623-A of the Mayor of Yerevan of July 24, 2018, regarding the provision of addresses to real estate properties. In particular, point 5 of the appendix to the mentioned decision is recognized as void. The decision instructs to provide addresses to real estate properties in accordance with the appendix. The organization of execution and responsibility is placed on the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

The decision clarifies the boundaries and issues a blueprint for the land plot at Norq 7th Street, h.107. The actual area is determined to be 265.1 sqm. The land plot's designation is set as residential construction within the residential zone, according to the Yerevan master plan. The decision also assigns responsibility for its execution and oversight.

Extending the term of the land lease agreement and making amendments to it.

The Mayor of Yerevan has decided to award four individuals for their significant contribution to the field of construction and urban development. The awardees are Artyom Hakhnazaryan, Deputy Director of "Metroshin" OJSC, Tigran Khachiyan, lecturer at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, Sargis Dilanyan, site manager of "Horizon 95" LLC, and Kerob Gasparyan, founder of "Interstroy" LLC. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are assigned to the head of the organizational department of the Yerevan City Hall staff, and the supervision to the secretary.

Based on the application of Marat Hovsepyan, the functional purpose of the area located at Komitas Avenue 49/12 building 31 is changed to residential. The head of Arabkir administrative district has been instructed to register the area as an apartment and include it in the residential fund. The change is subject to state registration.

By this decision, the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan N 1759-Ա of February 20, 2012, is recognized as void. The decision refers to the extension of the term of the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by the garage located at H. Shirazi Street, N 20, and making changes to it. In addition, the address "H. Shirazi Street, N 20/19" is provided to the garage transferred to Suren Poghosyan.

Make amendments to the agreement on gratuitous use of property attached to "Yerevan H.74 Nursery-Kindergarten" CNCO.

The Mayor's decision establishes a professional group to properly organize the festive decoration and event planning of Yerevan city. The group will perform the functions of the responsible unit for procurement, and its documents will be considered signed if the group leader and a member have signed them. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision are entrusted to the head of the professional group.

The decision changes the functional designation of the building located at Komitas Avenue 49/12, building 6, to residential, and includes it in the residential fund as an apartment. It also instructs the head of the Arabkir administrative district to register the building as an apartment and include it in the residential fund. The change in functional designation is subject to state registration with the relevant department of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

The decision recognizes the invalidity of Mayor's Decision No. 3060-A of June 22, 2026, extends the lease term for the land plot occupied by the shop-pavilion located at Ar. Mikoyan St., 2/2, Nor Nork 5th microdistrict, and makes amendments and additions to the contract. The contract amendments include changing the lessee's name, extending the lease term to September 1, 2029, updating the cadastral value per square meter, removing certain clauses related to construction and property alienation, adding new clauses regarding the lessor's right to terminate the contract under specific circumstances, and modifying the annual rent calculation and payment procedures. The decision also specifies the method of notification for contract termination and updates contract clause numbers and coefficients. The rights arising from the agreement are subject to state registration.

By the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan, «Andranik Hovhannisyan Samveli» Sole Proprietorship is permitted to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of house 10/7 on Nersisyan Street in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district. The permission is granted for August 2026, and upon payment of the local fee, it is considered extended. Control over the execution of the decision is vested in the Head of the Department of Trade, Services and Advertising of the Staff of the Yerevan City Hall and Deputy Mayor Surene Grigoryan.

The decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by a garage and makes changes to it. The head of the Kentron administrative district is authorized to sign the agreement. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the Kentron administrative district, and oversight is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor.

The decision rejects the appeal of Mkrtich Marikyan dated July 2, 2026, regarding the compensation for damage caused to the vehicle BMW with license plate PP 205 TP, which occurred on April 13, 2026, at Charents Street, house 4, Yerevan. The appeal is rejected because the necessary documents, such as a power of attorney from Khginos Marikyan, Armenian translations of foreign documents, and an expert conclusion on the damaged car, were not provided. The decision upholds the Mayor's previous decision of June 22, 2026, N 3088-A, which rejected the compensation claim.

Based on point 4 of part 1 of Article 52 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by the RA Government Decision No. 2387-N of December 29, 2005, assign addresses to real estate located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city, according to the appendix. Instruct the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the Head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan, the Head of the Yerevan City Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police, and the applicant. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

This decision amends Mayor's Decision No. 3684-A of July 29, 2026, regarding the extension of the land lease agreement, making changes and additions to the agreement, and providing an address. Specifically, it adds a new sub-point 7 to the first point of the aforementioned decision, which states that the term of the agreement is extended until September 1, 2031, based on an agreement between the parties. The decision also outlines the procedure for appealing the decision and assigns responsibility for its execution and oversight.

An amendment is made to the final act N AAT/3/22-26 of the Mayor of Yerevan of April 8, 2026. In particular, the address of the “constructed” line and the act number of the acceptance committee are replaced. The amendments are made on the basis of the application of Hakob Hakobyan, director of “MIKSHIN” LLC.

By the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan, on the occasion of Builder's Day, for significant contribution to the field of construction and urban development, three individuals are awarded the medal "Erebuni Yerevan 2800th Anniversary". The awardees are Asatur Yeritsyan, Gagik Baghdasaryan, and Davit Kocharyan.
