Որոշում՝ չօրինականացնելու և ապամոնտաժելու Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի Ա.Սաթյան փողոցի հ.34 հասցեի հարևանությամբ համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողամասում առանց թույլտվության ինքնակամ կառուցված մետաղական շինությունը (կրպակ)։ Հանձնարարվում է Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին՝ ապամոնտաժել նշված շինությունը և ազատել հողամասը։ Առաջարկվում է ոստիկանությանը՝ ապահովել հասարակական կարգի պահպանումը։ Հանձնարարվում է ծախսերը բռնագանձել ինքնակամ կառույցն իրականացրած անձից։ Պատասխանատվությունը դրվում է քաղաքապետարանի վարչությունների և Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի վրա։

On granting permission for the installation of an automatic self-service device outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan city

The decision grants permission to "Aleksan Ghazaryan Gagiki" IE for the installation of 1 automatic self-service device in front of 2/1 Galshoyan Street, Nor Nork. The permit is issued for August 2026 but can be extended upon payment of the local fee. The decision also establishes control over the activity and assigns responsibility to the head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality staff.

With this decision, "Trade Metals" LLC is included in the list of participants not entitled to participate in the procurement process. The company did not meet the conditions set by the invitation for the procurement procedure for the major renovation of the yard area at Yervand Kochar 21/1, Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are placed on the head of the procurement department of the staff of Yerevan City Hall, and the control on the secretary.

This decision concerns the dismantling of a metal structure (wagon-house) illegally built on a community-owned land plot located at the end of No. 32 A. Satyan Street, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan city. The structure was built without land use rights and proper permission, burdening the community-owned land. The decision orders that the structure not be legalized and be dismantled, and the land plot be freed from illegal possession. The Head of the Ajapnyak administrative district is tasked with carrying out the dismantling, with assistance from relevant municipal departments. Costs associated with the dismantling are to be recovered from the perpetrator. The decision also outlines provisions for maintaining public order during the dismantling process and assigns oversight responsibilities.

The illegally constructed metal structure (wagon-house) on the community-owned land plot adjacent to the land plot at 32 A. Satyan Street, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan, will not be legalized. It has been decided to dismantle the structure and free the land plot. The dismantling costs will be recovered from the person who carried out the unauthorized construction.

This decision amends appendix N 5 of the Mayor of Yerevan's decision N 3521-A dated October 3, 2022. The amendment involves replacing the appendix with a new version. The decision also repeals decision N 3473-A dated September 25, 2019.

The decision grants VAN-2000 LLC permission to organize public catering services in the common use area of 39.2 sq. m. adjacent to the address 9/5 Yervand Kochar Street, Yerevan, for the summer season of 2026. The decision also establishes control over the fulfillment of the permission's terms.

Decision: On clarifying the boundaries of the land plot located at Avan, Isahakyan district, h.2/4 address and issuing a plan. The decision was based on a number of letters, conclusions and decisions, as a result of which it was found that the actual area of the land plot is 8590.2 sq.m. instead of the previously registered 8197.0 sq.m. The targeted and functional designations of the land plot have been defined in accordance with the general plan of Yerevan city.

This decision authorizes the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement with Smpbat Gasparyan to extend the term of the lease agreement for the land plot of 46.0 sq. m. occupied by the garage at Arshakunyats Avenue, building 3a, No. 1, and to make an amendment to it. The term of the agreement is extended until September 1, 2031.

A parking fee payment privilege is granted in 2026 to persons with mobility difficulties, persons with disabilities, or persons transporting them. Applications for the 2027 privilege can be submitted starting from December 15, 2026. The responsibility for execution is placed on the heads of the transport department and secretariat of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

The decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by garage No. 13 in building No. 20 on Saryan Street, authorizing the head of the Kentron administrative district to sign an agreement with Harutyun Gharibyan. The agreement will amend the lease to replace Svetlana Bilbulyan with Harutyun Gharibyan and extend the lease term until September 1, 2031. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The head of the Kentron administrative district is responsible for the execution of the decision, and the first deputy mayor oversees its implementation.

DECISION ON RECOGNIZING AS VOID THE DECISION NO. 1262-Ա OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN OF MAY 30, 2023, EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, AND MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT. The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was Gevorg Movsisyan's application to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 5 of building No. 15 in Davtashen's 4th district (state registration certificate of rights to real estate No. 15072026-01-0030 of 02.03.2023). The cadastral value of garage No. 5 of building No. 15 in Davtashen's 4th district is 3,154,964 AMD.

On extending the term of the land lease agreement, making amendments and additions to the agreement. The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Roza Karapetyan and Armen Karapetyan to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 40 of building No. 7 in Davtashen 3rd district, transferred to Armen Karapetyan by inheritance right certificate No. 6767 dated 02.07.2026 and to Roza Karapetyan by ownership right certificate No. 6769 dated 02.07.2026. The cadastral value of garage No. 40 of building No. 7 in Davtashen 3rd district is 3,070,434 AMD.

1. Provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city, according to the appendix. 2. Instruct the head of the Real Estate Management Department of Yerevan City Hall staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the heads of administrative districts, the heads of departments of the Yerevan City Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and the applicants. 3. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Real Estate Management Department of Yerevan City Hall staff. 4. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the secretary of Yerevan City Hall staff.
