On legalizing an arbitrarily constructed building

By this decision, the functional purpose of the apartment belonging to Hamlet Simonyan, located at Azatutyan Avenue, bldg. 7a, apt. 2, is defined as public, and it is included in the non-residential fund. The head of Arabkir administrative district is instructed to carry out the corresponding registration. The change is subject to state registration in the RA Cadastre Committee.

This decision legalizes the unauthorized residential building with an area of 235.14 square meters located on the land plot owned by Kristine Frunzeyi Safaryan at 5/13 Lukashin 3rd Street, Ajapnyak administrative district, Yerevan.
