Decision on extending the term of the lease agreement for the land plot and making amendments and additions to the agreement

Amending the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan dated June 24, 2021 N2135-A

This decision amends the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan dated June 24, 2021 N2135-A, by replacing the name "Kristina Vardanyan" with "Nare Aramyan" in the appendix regarding the approval of the individual composition of the Board of Directors of "Yerevan Zoo" SNCO. It also assigns responsibility for execution and oversight.

The decision of the Mayor of Yerevan concerns extending the term of the land lease agreement concluded with Arsen Petrosyan and making changes to the agreement. According to the decision, the term of the lease agreement for the 21.1 sq m land occupied by garage No. 7 of building No. 5a on Griboyedov Street is extended until September 1, 2031. The decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by garage No. 3 at building 12/1, H. Svadzhyan Street, until September 1, 2031, and authorizes the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district to sign the supplementary agreement. Decision to conclude an employment contract with the elected director Tehminé Vahaní Arménakyan for the position of director of "Yerevan Armenak Armenakyan N26 Basic School" State Non-Commercial Organization. The decision appoints Tehminé Vahaní Arménakyan as director from August 17, 2026, to August 17, 2031, and dismisses Janeta Mouradyan from the temporary duties of director.

This decision rejects the appeal of Pavel Qavazyan, who sought to invalidate Yerevan Mayor's decision N 1911-A dated April 13, 2026, and claim damages. The original decision declared an illegally constructed building on community-owned land as unlawful and ordered its demolition. Qavazyan claimed damages resulting from this demolition. The municipality argues that the original decision was lawful, the demolition was carried out accordingly, and the decision has since expired as its purpose was fulfilled. Qavazyan failed to provide sufficient evidence of damages or a causal link to the municipality's actions. Therefore, the appeal and the claim for damages are rejected.

This decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by garage 13 at 20 Z. Andraniki Street until September 1, 2031. It also changes the name of the previous lessee from Gagik Barseghyan to Mariam Vardanyan. The head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district is authorized to sign the agreement, and the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan will oversee its execution. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration.

Hovhannisyan.

This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 20 in building 45, Davtashen 4th quarter, until September 1, 2031. It also amends the agreement by replacing the name "Arshavir Hayrapetyan" with "Petros Boyakhchyan". The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The head of the Davtashen administrative district is responsible for execution, and the First Deputy Mayor oversees it.
