Extension of the term of the lease agreement for the land plot

The Mayor of Yerevan has decided to extend the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 7 of building 3 on Davit Anhaght Street. The lease term is extended until September 1, 2031. The annual rent is set at 29,837 AMD. The agreement is amended to reflect the new lessee's name and the extended term. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, and control over its execution is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor.

Permit for installation of an automatic self-service device outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan city

This decision grants "Ara Sahakyan Arthur" Sole Proprietorship a permit to install one automatic self-service device in front of 1 Avanesov St., Yerevan, for trade or services in August 2026. It also acknowledges that the local fee has been paid and that the permit can be extended by paying future fees. The Head of the Department of Trade, Services and Advertising is tasked with overseeing compliance with Yerevan Council of Elders Decision N 249-N. The Deputy Mayor, Suren Grigoryan, will oversee the execution of this decision.

Amendments are being made to decision No. 1192-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan of March 4, 2026, regarding the legalization of an unauthorized structure located on the land plot belonging to citizen Armenak Panyan. In particular, the area of the land plot and the cadastral value of the structure are being changed.
