This decision restores Ashot Stepani Hovsepyan's property rights to the residential building located at Noragyugh district, No. 15/33, and the land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision instructs the Marash territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and provide the corresponding certificate.

This decision restores Ara Andraniki Tovmasyan's property rights to the residential building located at Shiraki Street 45/65 and the 267.07 sq.m. land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the Shengavit subdivision of the State Cadastre Committee to register the right of ownership and issue the relevant certificate.

This decision restores Misak Hovhannesi Iritsyan's property rights to the 217.2 sq.m. land plot located at Jivanu Street 1st Lane, No. 1, and the buildings and structures on it. The decision also instructs the Shengavit territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue the corresponding certificate.

This decision restores Khachatur Leviki Amalyan's property rights to the 295.28 sq.m. land plot located at 119 A. Khachatryan Street and the buildings on it. The decision also instructs to register the right of ownership and provide an address to the residential house.

This decision restores the property rights of Satenik Paruyri Galoyan, Valerik Volodi Galoyan, and Ararat Vladimir Galoyan concerning a land plot adjacent to their residential house at Noragavit 1st Street, house 3. It recognizes their ownership of an additional 299.4 sqm of land, bringing their total owned land to 526.37 sqm. The decision also assigns an address to the house and instructs relevant departments to clarify building areas, determine land boundaries, and register the ownership rights.

Restore Martik Varazdat Asatryan's land use right over the property units located at 47/3 Verin Shengavit 2nd Street, recognizing his ownership right over the 26.95 sq.m. land plot and the buildings and structures located on it. The areas of the buildings and structures are subject to clarification, the boundaries of the land plot are determined by the master plan. Assign an address to the residential house at 61 Verin Shengavit 2nd Street: "House 47/3 Verin Shengavit 2nd Street". The State Cadastre Committee is recommended to register the ownership right and issue a certificate. Copies of the decision shall be delivered to the Shengavit district administration within 5 days. The organization and responsibility for the implementation shall be assigned to the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development, and the supervision to the head of the Legal Department.

This decision restores Liparit Papi Dovlatyan's right to land use for the land plot with an area of 267.75 sq.m. located at N. Shengavit 8th Street, No. 97/4, and recognizes his ownership right to the land plot and the buildings and structures located thereon. The decision also instructs the Erebuni territorial subdivision of the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue the corresponding certificate.

This decision restores the ownership right of Aram Petros Safaryan, Satenik Petros Safaryan, Ashken Petros Safaryan, Sargis Petros Safaryan, Karine Norayr Aristakesyan, and Hayk Jorji Safaryan over the land plot of 101.7 sq.m. adjacent to the residential house at Mirakyan Street, house 21. The decision also instructs the Shengavit territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue a corresponding certificate.

This decision restores Alvard Abraham Hakobyan's property rights to the residential building located at 20/18 Shahamiryan Street and the 94.92 sq.m. land plot necessary for its maintenance. The decision also instructs the Erebuni territorial division of the State Cadastre Committee to register the ownership right and issue a certificate.

This decision restores the right of land use of Yurik Avetisi Avetisyan, Gevorg Avetisi Avetisyan and Ashot Vladimiri Avetisyan to the land plot with an area of 43.84 sq.m. located at 44/1 Droi Street and recognizes their right of ownership to the mentioned land plot and the buildings located on it. The decision also instructs the Zeytun territorial division of the State Committee of Cadastre to register the right of ownership and provide a registration certificate.

We inform you that on June 18, 2009, at 11:00 AM, an extraordinary session of the Council of Elders of Yerevan will be convened at the seat of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, at the initiative of the Mayor of Yerevan, to discuss the issues included in the agenda.
